"You already are" Moegi says as she changes into a diaper and onesie and climbs into bed with her friend aand makes sure they will fall asleep together, but what Moegi knew that Konohamaru didn't was her teacher was nearby and when they were asleep Isime would take the things meant for Konohamaru and finish his room.

Konohamaru fell asleep a few tears escaping his eyes, he didn't want any of this to happen. The boy woke up a few hours later ans rather groggily got up from the bed his diaper was soaked and he wanted to go and change he didn't want any of this baby things to happen to him.

Konohamaru almost jumped into the air seeing the older girl in his home and jumped back feeling her finger prod at his diaper checking it. "What are you doing in my house? I want you to leave or I'm telling my grandpa!" The boy replied trying to sound intimidating though one could only imagine how a babified boy looked trying to be tough.

In fact I could easily kill you if I were given the order, and I wouldn't feel a thing, you constantly lower your guard, you are full of pride, this makes you ignorant of danger, as well as arrogant. You remind me of Sasuke Uchiha, but at least that boy put up a fight before I killed him, his pride led to his down fall, and so shall it lead to yours, that's a guarantee"

Konohamaru didn't give a damn about her talk trying to sound intimidating didn't work on him because he didn't care he was a Sarutboi and someone who thought highly of himself so he soon went into the bathroom changed his clothes including his diaper changing it out for regular underwear and headed out of his home to test the women's theory about him being kidnapped
The child quickly ran straight through the village gates running a bit far away from the village surly if someone wanted to take him they'd do it at this moment.
