Digital Shame (With Byakko)

Nick nodded lightly. “Yeah, extra clothes seems like a great idea, and not just because the place is dirty. You and your pranks had cost me from time to time you know.” He said, rolling his eyes as he dug into his pocket for a moment, pulling out a phone. He decided if they were going to have time to prepare for going into the place, why not go ahead and start studying it now?

“Do you remember that time that you thought it would be a good idea to make me eat one of those peppers?” He asked with a slight smirk. “Because I do.” He added shortly after, looking down at his phone again.

Luke shakes his head slightly to push those thoughts away, he takes some soda after that and says. "Just some of your underoos, but thanks to that you learned to find a good brand and embroider your name on them yourself." The Impmon says proudly, strange as this may sound.

When Nick mentions the pepper thing Luke is a bit surprised. "Really? I mean, I have some if you want."

“What? No! I didn’t mean I wanted to eat one of those things! I was practically suffering after I did.” He exclaimed, knowing full well that he was bound to suffer in the same way again if dared to even nibble on one of those things. “I was bringing it up because I figured I was going to get you back for it.” He said as his attention fell back to his phone. “And I only did that because you kept bugging me about it. That ink stuff is hard to get out once it is in there.” He muttered. He was actually lying considering that he did sign his own underwear without Luke teasing him into it prior.

He was going through various search results detailing the place the Impmon had mentioned. He wanted to know what they were getting into. Even if they were currently distracted.

"Oh, I already said it was strange that you wanted to eat something spicy, after all, you have a baby tongue." Luke jokes at the end, remembering the time Nick ate the pepper, even though part of him felt guilty about it. "Well, try something if you want, just remember that you could end up walking home with your underoos on your head."

Luke finishes eating, feeling his stomach full with a warm sensation. He disposed of the waste in the dumpster, out of Nick's sight.


Dorumon's search for information only led to rumor stories, nothing for sure. This was about a secret place after all, there is no way there is anything on the internet or anywhere. The boys could only prepare as best they could and hope for the best.

Nick had actually started to pour when he pointed out the end result. As much as he hated to admit it, that usually happened whenever he tried to get back at Luke. Him kicking his legs futilely or wind up on the tips of his toes as his underwear winds up being used against him. He also remembered the sounds he would make sometimes. It made him grumble to himself, making it quite clear he didn’t like losing a whole lot.

When it turned out that there was nothing online that would help him in understand the place, he rolled his eyes. He wasn’t about to believe that the place had some horrible eldritch monster down there, or that some serial killer was hidden in the depths. Especially since there was basically no evidence beyond “personal” experience.

So, he decided to get up and check with Luke. “Hey, I found basically nothing on that site. Also, what are you going to bring specifically while we’re down there?”

Luke was about to create fire on the tip of his finger to lightly burn the seat of Nick's shorts, but he Dorumon got up before that. A prank for another day. "It wouldn't be a secret place if you find a map of it on the internet." He said and then made a quick list of things. "Clothes, a flashlight, a notebook, my cell phone, snacks ... maybe a string." Luke says with a shrug. "We can always find something and go again, it's not like that place is going to move. So don't worry too much."

“I just don’t want it to turn out we’re walking into some medieval death trap.” Nick said as he stretched slightly. “Anyway, if you’re bringing all of that, I’m probably going to do the same. As big and strong as you are, I don’t want you doing all the work. That, and I don’t entirely trust that you want try to scare the life out of me.”

With that said, he was smirking and wagging a finger at him in an exaggerated manner. “And maybe, just maybe, I’ll be able to find something great for me, like treasure. I’ll be sure to keep it all to myself.” His tone was a teasing one. He was clearly trying to joke around right now.

Luke laughs seeing Nick act that way, he's quite cute when he does. "Very well, Mister Grand Adventurer, I will make sure that if we find a gold bag they are in your backpack." The Impmon jokes and takes a step closer to Dorumon. "I will be very close to you ..." Luke then reaches into the front of Nick's shorts, catching his underoos and giving a quick jerk. "To get your ass out of any trouble!"

Nick seemed to lose that amused bravado pretty quick when his friend got all closer to him. He leaned back slightly with a slightly worried grin on his face, “Uh hey, personal-“ He got cut off when he felt Luke reaching in the front of his pants, and then winced from the swift jerk to his underwear.

“OOOookay!” He said, quickly trying to push Luke’s hand away. “Thanks, really, just when I really do need your help, involve my underwear a little less. I want to keep my goods.” He said.

Luke laughs at Nick's reaction and lets go of his underoos, which are sticking out the front of Dorumon's shorts. Impmon backs off, sticks out his tongue and winks trying to look cute and innocent. "Very well, then we will go early tomorrow."
