Enjoy wearing actual baby diapers with Convert Ups!
Adult diapers, ABDL diapers (Adult diapers customized to outwardly appear more like oversized, baby diapers) and actual baby diapers have been around for a while. Many in this community have enjoyed wearing the first two (There are some who have claimed to have a small enough waist size to have been able to squeeze into a Size 6 baby diaper) but the last option has always been impractical for most people due to the size difference between the baby diaper and the potential adult wearer. Now there is Convert Ups (See -> here)! Convert Ups allows you to enjoy wearing actual baby diapers! It is a three piece system with a large strap and two small straps that serve as wings. The large strap afixes across the front of a baby diaper via a horizontally mounted velcro strip and a plastic snap located near each end of the velcro strip. A velcro snap on each small strap, afixes directly to the back of a baby diaper at each of the diaper's back velcro tabs. Each small strap (wing) wraps around the waist of the wearer. Each small strap (wing) is then attached to each end of the large strap via another velcro snap that is located on each small strap (wing). A detailed instruction booklet on usage can be downloaded here. A single ConvertUps retails for $46.00 USD to $48.00 USD (Base price - Tax and shipping are added during the checkout). Enjoy!
Product demonstration videos (Click on each below picture to launch the video in a new tab):
Convert Ups come in four different sizes (Only the last two sizes fit adult waists):
Note: Custom XXL and XXXL sizes for adults up to almost a 60 inch waist are available.
Caveat: Only works with diapers with velcro tabs and not plastic tabs.

Thanks for letting us know about this product! The large strap that goes in the front of a baby diaper doesn't look too comfortable though. Its outer fabric looks similar to the same kind that you would see in that of a kitchen pot holder -> https://www.amazon.com/DII-Gingham-K.../dp/B084ZZ12JS. The smaller straps, being of the same material, also probably look like they don't feel too good rubbing against each side of the wearer's waist.

No problemo. Perhaps the manufacturer could redesign the large strap with an open "pocket" on the inside (Somewhat like a diaper cover. See -> here) so as to allow a cut out portion of an additional baby diaper to be inserted on the inside, in such a way that the absorbent inner part of the additional cut out baby diaper faces the wearer's skin on the top front part rather than the large strap's fabric. I could also imagine each small strap with an elongated, open pocket to allow another cut out portion of the same additional baby diaper to be inserted so that the sides feel more like the wings of an actual baby diaper rather than the fabric in each small strap.

That sounds like a good idea! I think that maybe the manufacturer rushed too soon to release the product. They should have done some more market research by asking the diapered community first. There are conventions where people gather and would gladly share their opinions about this product. It's a good product concept but it has to be done right if the manufacturer is going to expect volume sales of their product.

Thanks! I agree. Maybe they could have done even more in-depth and far reaching market research by first creating a Kickstarter page, visiting sites like this one, Daily Diapers, ADISC, The AR Archive and other ABDL/ARDL sites and then post a thread on each of those sites informing the members about their WIP (Work In Progress) which asks for their opinions/suggestions about the product with a link to their Kickstarter page. Perhaps then, the design of the product would have turned out for the better than its present form.

Hey, all!
I found a competing product to "Convert Ups":
Buntewindel, the makers of the Fabine Dreamlike Jeans disposable diapers for adults (See -> here, here and here), offers a competing product called the "Diaper Belt" (Not to be confused with a diaper belt that is used to hold a cloth diaper around a baby's waist - See here).
The product's design features a one piece belt with extended wing arms, as opposed to the three piece system found in Convert Ups. The Diaper Belt affixes across the back of a baby diaper via a horizontally mounted velcro strip, as opposed to being affixed to the front the diaper as in the Convert Ups. The belt's extended wing arms wrap around the waist of wearer and velcro tabs on each end of the wing arms affix directly to the front of a baby diaper via the diaper's front matching halves of velcro tabs instead of the diaper's original velcro tapes. This design is more suited for wearers who may prefer the soft tactile feel of a baby diaper on their front as opposed to on their back as is the case with the Convert Ups product. The "Diaper Belt" comes in two adult sizes and in two models (Solid Colors and Animals Print).
Diaper Belt with Magic Tape, Size S (See here). Solid White model
Diaper Belt with Magic Tape, Size M (See here). Solid Pink model
Diaper Belt with Magic Tape, Size M (See here). Blue, Animals Print model
Diaper Belt with Magic Tape, Size M (See here). Pink, Animals Print model
Measurements
Size S fits 65cm (25.59 in) to 90cm (35.43 in) adult waists.
Size M fits 80cm (31.50 in) to 110cm (43.31 in) adult waists.
The "Diaper Belts" can be used with all conventional baby diapers from size 5 up to XXL (Caveat: As with the Convert Ups product, the Diaper Belt only works with diapers with velcro tabs and not plastic tabs). Enjoy~!
