The leader of the gang is hit hard by the blast of light. "Ack! I don't know what you are glow ball but you just made a mistake doing that!" He then yells out to Luis as he takes a 5-foot step back, drops his dagger, and pulls out his flintlock pistol. "Eat a bullet!" He then yells out as he fires a bullet at Luis. (Attack against touch AC: (14) + 5 = 19, Damage: (8) = 8.)

The two Thugs that were outside the room finally enter it and were a bit stunned to find that the intruder was a floating ball of light. Still, they rushed in and hoped their saps would do something to it. (Attack 1: (6) + 4 = 10. Attack 2: (16) + 4 = 20, Damage: (4) + 3 = 7 nonlethal damage.)

Another thug starts walking in the area towards Cetishil, but is caught off guard by her flurry of thorns and is dropped to the ground and is bleeding out. Another Thug behind him but out of the area of effect sees this and quickly ducks behind cover as he states out with a yell "Careful! Veale just got hit so stay in cover!"

(Perception: (7) + 5 = 12.) Burnish is able to get into a good spot to hide before a Thug wonders down his way. He is unable to notice Burnish just yet, leaving him open to attack. (Next round, Burnish can attack him and he will be flat-footed.)

Before Shanara could do anything meaningful, one of the guys that was at the front door when they first came here sees her and quickly takes cover. "I founds someone! There are other intruders over here!" He says as he holds his club and takes a ready action to club Shanara with it if she comes within 5 ft. of him to attack.

Shanara simply moves up to 10ft away from the man, psionic energy flaring around her as she manifests her pheonix fully for all to see, her spectral beak stabbing into the man from a distance he couldn't reach. (23 to hit, 14+5. The joy of damage going down when you level w.)

Luis will divert his essence into move speed, giving him a base move of 30ft, then he is going to sprint out of the room. (He is going to go to the safest place he can with 120ft of fly speed.)
Cetishil moves to line of sight of the guy Burnish is fighting, then gives Burnish 2 more essence before taking a shot with her heavy crossbow. (Attack roll 8+6=14, damage 3.)

(Will Luis be able to fly at all during its move or not? Also even with taking a withdraw action Luis with still provoke and AoO during its move so I'll make it now. Attack: (Nat 1).)

(Luis can fly during the whole move, otherwise his move would be 20 ft. Flying is normally how lucents get around. Does he need to make a fly check?)

(No, I was just wondering. In that case, it can get not only into the warehouse room but can fly out from a window near the top of the 20 ft. room. Would you like to do that?)

Luis quickly braves the two blocking his way out the door, with whoever took a swing at him missing by a mile thanks to his tiny size, and he flies to temporary safety.

(Luis is now safely out of combat.)

Unable to stop Luis from fleeing, the leader takes a moment to head to the wall for cover and reload his pistol as he tells the others in the room with him "Go meet up with the others and help them."

The other two rush out, but it takes them a turn to even get in sight of the others.

Burnish's headbutt is mistimed and he ends up entirely missing the thug he was aiming for. "What the!? A dragon!?" He then shouts out loud as he attacks Brunish with his sap but wildly misses due to his shock. (Attack: (Nat 1)). Another thug also rushes up to flank Burnish and tries to whacks him with another sap, try being the key word here. (Attack: (Nat 1...). Also Burnish is now flanked.)

Shanara downs the person she's fighting with, but the other person that was at the front door arrives and yells out "Haltort! You'll pay for that!" as he rushes Shanara with a charge (Attack: (6) + 6 = 12, Damage: (4) + 3 = 7 nonlethal damage.)

With the cover inbetween her and her target, Cetshil's shot misses. "I'll get you for Veale!" He then yells out as he charges Cetishil. (Attack: (16) + 6 = 22, Damage: (3) + 3 = 6 nonlethal damage.)

Cetishil takes the hit and sizes up her opponent. "If you all surrender now we won't have to kill you. It is a far better idea then me obliterating you." She says, her veil of thorns ready once more. (Intimidate nat 20+4=24.) She doesn't use it yet, seeing if they surrender.
