When the Balefire Bombs fell and devastated Equestria, most of it's ponies had survived, due to hiding in the underground Stables built by Stable-tech. PLenty of these stables were able to protect those inside, others were meant for social experiments. Sometimes though, these experiments were far less harmless, such as the case with Stable 9. This Stable had a very specific system, were only young fillies and colts were allowed to live in it. Older ponies eventually were sent out, but any newborn foals born during that time were kept and raised by the various Ponitrons inside. To help care for the young ponies, they were even designed with the personalities of the Ministry Mares themselves.

Of course, anyone who's ever RAISED a filly or colt knows that they misbehave.

"F-Firecracker, come on! You know this is a bad idea!" Brave Racer yelped, doing his best to try holding back his unicorn friend as he skidded along while she pushed him. Like almost all of the young ponies here, both of them were wearing diapers, despite being several years past when a normal pony would have to wear them. Brave's having little hearts on it (sadly, he always had to wear filly diapers), while Firecracker's had little Suns on it. He then yelped and fell aside on his padded rear as she turned her head, using her horn to knock him to the side as she turned to their third playmate/roommate.

"MERCER! What'd you do with my Cherry Bombs?!" she snapped, giving her a ticked off look. "I had 4 when we went to bed and now I have three! What'd you do with it?!" she accused, staring her down.

Mercer was reading one of their kids books when Firecracker came over while pushing Brave in from the of her as Mercer wore a hoodie and had a black diaper on over her pale purple fur as she demanded more boyish style diapers and eventually got them as she looked down at the bomb happy unicorn "I don't know where your stupid popper went but I'm glad it's gone, I hate it when you wake us up with those dumb things" she said and went back to her little book

"WHAT?!" Firecracker asked, staring in surprise and anger at her before coming over and slapping her book away. "You are NOT implying that you just threw it away without even using it!" she said, glaring at her more. "And who are you to complain, Miss BB Pellets?!" she added.

"F-Firecracker, maybe something else happened?" Brave added, glancing at her as he got back up and sat off to the side.

"What? YOU took it? Your too scared to even LIGHT one of those, let alone take one." she said back, to which Brave blushed and looked down. Honestly, those things HAD made him wet himself a few times when they caught him by surprise. "And I'd never lose my poppers, so that just leaves you!" she said, giving Mercer another look.

She blinked when Firecracker slapped he rolled book away and glared a two the hot head as she made her case about why she thought she took her cherry bomb "if you don't get outta my face and stop accusing me in the next five seconds I'm going to explode one of those things down the back of your diaper" she said

"I'd like to see you try! You don't even have your BB gun! AND I have magic!" Firecracker argued... which was honestly a really lousy threat. The most magic Firecracker had ever been able to manage was a little spark for either lighting her bombs, or when applied to ponies, felt like a static shock.

"G-Girls, come on! Stoppit! You know Rarity's rules about fighting!" Brave pleaded, quickly coming up and trying to push the two apart with a hoof on each shoulder. Firecracker wasn't budging an inch though as she kept glaring back at Mercer.

Mercer didn't move either as Brave tried to push her away from Mercer "Magic? HA! The most you can make is a little spark, I may not have my BB gun but I got good ol earth pony muscle on my side and can spank your butt raw myself, so bring sparky!" she challenged

"Oh, you could not! You couldn't spank a teddy bear, much less me!" Fircracker argued with a frown.

"Girls, come on! It was just a firecracker! I-I'm sure we can find you some more instead, you two don't need to get in a brawl cause of this!" Brave added, stepping between them, only to yelp as Firecracker again nudged him out of the way and onto his seat.

"Stay out of this Brave, clearly little miss bomb butt wants to think I stole her useless crap when she has no proof. I can't even light the damn things! What would I want with them?!" she complains to Firecracker

"B-But you guys!" Brave whined sadly, looking at them both.

"Oh, you wanna talk about useless crap?! I bet you're the only pony in Equestria that uses a gun that CAN'T HURT PEOPLE!" She snapped, butting foreheads with her (at least turning her head so her horn didn't get banged. She'd learned the hard way that hurt worse then anything).

"How about I go grab it and show you just how much it doesn't hurt! Your cherry bombs do a hell of a lot less! All they do is scare people and make brave wet herself!" she said as she even sometimes forgot that Brave was a boy when she got upset, which wasn't that hard to do considering he had pink hearts all over his diaper
