As Azula got out a set of diaper pins, she said, "You are free to thrash about, but don't blame me if I poke you with the pins because of it."

Katara squirmed wildly, trying to break free from the guard's hold but those jabs from Ty Lee hadn't worn off yet. All the brunette could do was watching in horror as Azula prepares the diaper pins. "G-get that away from me!" she demanded, "I am not wearing that!! No way!!"

"Too bad; babies don't have a say in what they wear," Azula teased her. She then set to work, applying a lair of oil and powder to Katara's nether regions and rubbing both in carefully. Even if she was dirty, she may as well smell like a baby. She then unfolded the diaper, slid it under Katara's bottom, and set her down on it. She then pulled the front of the diaper up tight between the brunette's legs, pinning the material up snugly on both sides.

Katara quivered her lip a bit as the oil was rubbed in, smelling the baby powder very well as it overtook the dank smell of her cell. Finally the diaper was pinned together and the Waterbender couldn't be any more humiliated. "E...enough," she stammered, "G....get this diaper off and leave me at once!!" She had no idea how this situation could get any worse for the girl.

"Oh, I'll be leaving this cell, but you're coming with me," Azula declared. She then gestured for the guards to pick Katara up off the ground, and once she was on her feet, they fastened her wrists in a pair of iron shackles behind her back. Another then got out a metal collar attached to a leather leash, securing it around Katara's throat, before passing the leash on to Azula.

Katara groaned as the shackles was placed behind her back and the tight metal collar around her neck. She was wrong, this situation can get worse. And to make things more bitter for the brunette she was starting to get enough feeling back in her legs as just as she was restrained. "S...stop!!" she demanded, "I am not some kind of pet you can parade around!"

Azula let out a sigh. "I have had just about enough of your griping." At that, one of the guards removed another length of cloth from her pocket. She pulled the center over Katara's mouth, tying the ends tightly at the back of her head, forming an effective gag. "Ah, peace and quiet. Now let's go," Azula demanded, giving the leash a tug.

"Hey, get that away from me!!" Katara groaned, looking at the cloth, "I am not taking anymore weird things from MMMMPH!!" The brunette glared at Azula as the gag was secured into her mouth. being forced to follow the princess as her leash was tugged with a whimper.

Azula then proceeded to lead her bound and diapered captive out of the cell block, leading her up to the surface. "Certainly is a nice day for a walk, wouldn't you agree?" she asked rhetorically. "Indeed, mistress," said one of the guards.
