Unfortunately, the moment the girl felt her lower regions being touched, she squeaked and went backward, splashing a good amount of water on the woman. "H-hey! You could warn me!" Severa whined, sounding obviously annoyed as her cheeks were as red as the ripest tomato in the fields.

Her shoulders and neck-area getting hit by most of the splash, the now-damp pegasus knight rolled her eyes as she took a nearby towel and dried herself off a little. She lost that gamble.
"I'm sorry sweetie, I didn't want to disturb you." Cordelia replied simply, picking the washcloth back up again. "I'll be sure to let you know whenever I'm about to hit a 'sensitive' area, okay?" She continued, regaining her composure. "Just let me finish getting 'down there', and all that's left is your chest and back." The woman moved the washcloth back down to Severa's crotch, but didn't actually touch it yet. She waited for the okay from her daughter before she continued.

It took a few moments, but the girl finally recovered after the sudden touch and took a deep breath. "Alright, go ahead..." Severa anxiously replied, gripping the sides of the tub in hopes that it would somewhat alleviate the uncomfortable sensation of having her young womanhood thoroughly cleaned.

"I'll be gentle dear. Just don't get too tense." Cordelia assured before moving the cloth down and starting to softly clean her child's nether-regions. True to her word, she made sure she was as gentle as when she was changing her diaper shortly before. While she was thorough, the motherly woman took her time and tried to avoid any movements that would make Severa too uncomfortable. She was finished shortly.
"All done sweetie." The older redhead spoke, moving the washcloth up to the teen's tummy and beginning to rub the cloth in little circles around it.

Bracing for an abrupt, nasty-feeling sensation, Severa clenched her fingers against the sides and closed her eyes. And... although it felt weird, it wasn't necessarily bad. Embarrassing, sure, but it didn't feel much different than when she cleaned an area such as her armpits or the back of her neck. So, she just relieved some of her previous tension and let the woman do what she needed to before smiling a little with the conclusion of it.

As her stomach was rubbed by another's hand, however, it reminded Severa of something she was hardly even aware of given how rarely others touched her: she was EXTREMELY ticklish on her stomach!

The girl had to purse her lips and hold her breath, jitters occurring near her torso, mostly near where her diaphragm was located. As well, she had to fight off smiling as she could feel the woman's fingers through the thin wash cloth.

Severa's struggle to contain her laughter did not go unnoticed by her parent. The crimson-haired woman was about to ask if something was wrong before she remembered what her hand was doing at that moment. Cordelia was not about to pass this up.
Rather than moving upwards with the washcloth, she continued to scrub the mercenary's ticklish tummy, occasionally legitimately tickling her through the washcloth. "Is something wrong honey?" Cordelia teased playfully.

Severa, at this point, still didn't know what the woman was trying to do, but it was obvious that she was aware that she was trying to hold something back. "Heh... heh..." Severa shook her head while trying to fight the sensation, her lips sometimes open to let out a giggle every now and then.

At this point, Cordelia was holding back giggles herself. It was clear that what she was doing was having an effect. "Are you sure sweetie? You look like there's you want to say..." She replied with a grin, starting to rub her daughter's stomach a little faster, her fingers now full-on tickling her as they went around. She could tell she was close to breaking her...

Severa kept her lips pursed, her blush intensifying as the giggles under her breath became harder to contain. Her mother was now obviously trying to incite some sort of reaction... and when it could no longer be kept inside, Cordelia got what she apparently wanted. The girl erupted in a fit of giggles, splashing about in the water now. "M-mom! S-stop!" She pleaded while laughing, though surprisingly not being hostile about it save for the splashing in the bath water.

The shepherd's heart melted when she heard that adorable giggle and laughter again coming from her tough little girl. "Aw, what's the matter dear? I didn't know you were so ticklish!" She teased, assaulting Severa's belly with her fingers for a little but longer. Even with water going everywhere, Cordelia was genuinely having fun right now.
