Severa again said nothing, just looking away as she waited for her mother to just get this over with. As the woman would probably note, however, her lips were adorably puffed, an apparent trait whenever she was either very pouty or very sad.

Glad to see no signs of resistance from the girl in bed, Cordelia laid out the towel underneath her lower half. After flipping up her skirt so that her soiled diaper was accessible, she was about to move her hands down and open up the diapers before she remembered something. "Just a second dear, I'll be right back." The Crimson-haired woman promised, hurrying about of the room. She returned about 30 seconds later, carrying in the tub of baby wipes she had just bought for her. This would make the cleaning process much faster and easier.
Knowing Severa likely just wanted this to be over with, Cordelia made short work of opening up the diaper and pulling out some of the new wipes, gently cleaning the teen's bottom and crotch off.

Severa wasn't paying any attention, so she just closed her eyes as she heard the tapes of the diaper being ripped open. Upon feeling a different, cold sensation brush against her dirtied bottom, however, she started to whine, not enjoying the feeling or knowing exactly what attributed to it. Did the woman wet a lot of the toilet paper?

Telling almost immediately that Severa was surprised by the feeling of the baby wipes, Cordelia paused for a moment. "It's okay dear, these are made for this kind of thing. I know they may be a little cold right now, but they won't irritate your skin like the washcloth." The knight explained, making sure to leave out that she was literally using baby wipes on her. Nonetheless, they got the job done, Severa's diaper-area clean considerably faster than usual. The used diaper and wipes were soon balled up together and placed off to the side as her mother slid a fresh diaper under her bottom. After a liberal dusting of baby powder, the new padding was brought up between Severa's legs and snugly taped down.
"I'm done sweetie, you can open your eyes." She informed her daughter, finding no leak holes and pulling her skirt back down over the infantile garment.

Severa couldn't connect to these being baby wipes, as she could never recall what the experience of touching them were. She just sat quietly and kept her eyes closed through the duration of the change, only opening her eyes when the woman said it was okay. Noticing that the dirty diaper was now out of sight and replaced with a fresh one, the girl looked back to the woman. Then, she finally broke her silence:
"Th-thanks, Mama..." She said softly... though this time, she didn't care to call her this in considering how the woman had used it so calmly herself a moment or two ago without attaching anything really babyish to it. So it felt more genuine saying it now.

The motherly woman actually had to pause to make sure she had heard Severa correctly at first. But there was no mistaking it; she had called her 'Mama', and not accidentally either! Just that one little fact was enough to warm her heart, walking over to her side and giving her a kiss on the top of the head. "It was no trouble at all sweetie. Remember, I'm here for you whenever you need me." Cordelia repeated, giving her an encouraging smile before disposing of the dirty diaper and cleaning up all the changing supplies that were around. She really needed a dedicated place to keep all this stuff...

Once that was taken care of, she stood by the door to the room. "Okay then dear, I'll go get started on the steaks. Are you still comfortable in here? Or do you want to move to anywhere else around the house?" She offered.

Severa glanced away as the dirty diaper came into display, her head turning to look away from it, not before the woman planted a kiss on her head. What the woman couldn't see upon walking away was faint, flashed smile on Severa's face... but one that quickly disappeared upon having the nasty garment in plain sight. When Cordelia turned around, Severa looked back to her, just focusing on only her. "Um... I guess.. sitting in the living room wouldn't hurt... I guess..." Severa replied, figuring that being right next to the kitchen would bring the meal faster to her.

Cordelia wasn't surprised at her answer; the poor thing had been cooped up in bed for so long that a change in scenery probably was the best thing for her right now. "Of course dear, and...Up we go~" The pegasus knight replied as she gently scooped Severa out of bed, cradling her comfortably like before and carrying her out of the room. "Back on the couch like this morning, or would you prefer to sit up?"

The girl couldn't help but let out a tiny squeak as she was suddenly lifted back up into the woman's arms, again lying limp while being cradled. "Well... there's not much point in sitting up if you're not doing anything to merit it... so couch it is..."

"Hm, fair enough I suppose." The woman responded, glad that Severa wasn't struggling as she was carried. As a result, she could focus on holding her in a way that would keep her fragile body comfortable instead of having to work to avoid dropping her when she wiriggled around. Bringing the diapered girl back to the living room and laying her down like before, making sure she had plenty of pillows to lay on if she so desired. "Alright honey, I'm going to go get the steaks ready. Any requests before I head off to the kitchen?".
