“Give me a moment,” Spitfire called out, “There’s about to be another accident.”

“Or two,“ the head nurse added, when she saw that AK was squirming in her bed. “We’re about to have four fillies in full diapers.”

“Well, Ah’ll begin then. Is your number from 1 to 32?” Applejack asked.

“Yes, it is,” Red Cross said.

They cannot hear AK say anything. AK it biting her lip and clenching as hard as she can, trying not to give in.

Spitfire was still interested in playing, but she decided to move herself into a more comfortable position, as by now, she had come to accept a loaded diaper was inevitable.

Lyra had composed herself enough that she was capable of partaking in the activity. In fact, she believes she may have worked out the secret to winning the game. “Is it between 1 and 16?”

Red Cross smiled. It looks like they figured it out. “Yes, it is from 1 to 16.”

“Wait! I need help!” AK said in panic. “I need to go!” She is shifting around, trying to get herself comfortable.

“AK, don’t you know by now that there’s only one way this ends for any of us?” Spitfire called out, “Anyway, is the number between 1 and 8?”

“Hopefully after a few rounds of this, we will finally get changed,” Applejack mumbled

“Are you crazy? I am not doing that!” AK protested. She gritted her teeth and clenched her eyes shut. She is pressing her butt against her seat hard.

“No, it’s not from 1 to 8,” Red Cross responded. Her diaper is also already filled. She put up no resistance. Watching the patients has shown her how hopeless this is.

“Trust me, sugarcube,” Applejack called out, “It’ll be easier if you just give in. Besides, all the time you spent searching dirty, old tombs, I’m sure you’ve seen much filthier than this. Also, is it between 9 and 12?”

“it appears Applejack is still convinced Daring Do and AK Yearling are one in the same,” said the head nurse

"Hrngh! I don't think cobwebs and dust will be any filthier than this!" AK said. The pressure is still growing, though, she tries to calm down. It doesn't feel like she has to go at this very second yet, but it still feels uncomfortable.

"I am going to assume that you mean including 9 and 12 and say yes, it is between 9 and 12."

"And it looks like AK thinks she is Daring Do. It looks like our treatments are getting to them fast," Spoiled said. "Let's see how long she can resist for. If it takes too long, let's intervene."

By now, Spitfire had found the most ideal position, and she loosened her control on her bowels, feeling them void their contents into her already drenched diaper. After breathing out a sigh of relief, she called out, "AK, you've already seen the rest of us use our diapers. Do you really see this ending any other way?"

"Spitfire continues to be a model slave," the head nurse said approvingly.

"Is it an even number?" Lyra called out.

Hearing Spitfire say all that is making her even more worried. "St-stop!" AK said while whining. "I am in so much pain! I cannot take it much longer! " Her stomach is hurting. She cannot even comfort herself with her forehooves tied against her chest.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk. She will never learn, will she?" The head nurse said. She does not mind, though, since watching AK struggling is very entertaining.

"No, it's an odd number," Red Cross responded.
