Still having some defiance left in her, Spitfire tried lunging at Spoiled the moment her back was turned. Unfortunately, with her arms and wings immobilized and the huge bulk between her legs, she just ended up falling flat on her face, her diapered bottom sticking up in the air comically.

“Hehe, pathetic,” Spoiled said, being even more annoying. Spoiled shut the cell door and Spitfire heard it lock from the outside. Spoiled then went into her hot air balloon with a relaxed smile on the way back to Ponyville. She has no plans to tell anypony about her schemes, not even her daughter or her husband. She knows that her husband and daughter are good ponies who would rat her out if they find out.

Spitfire, meanwhile, could only sit on her bed in resigned defeat as she contemplated how she might get out of this predicament. Unfortunately, with her upper body limbs out of commission, she did not have a lot of options. To make matters worse, the diaper between her legs was very distracting. It also didn’t help that it had been a while since she used the bathroom.

There was nothing to do. Soon, a pressure in her bladder became noticeable, though, it is not a very strong urge as it is a recent one. But it is a big problem for her since there is no toilet in her cell, not that she could use one anyway with her straitjacket on.

For the present, all she could do was try to hold her bladder and examine her cell, hoping beyond hope that it might contain some hidden door or something that she could use to escape. She slowly rose to her feet and began walking the perimeter of the walls. More waddling, as her diaper was so thick that it kept her from putting her legs together

Unsurprisingly, there is no way to escape. She is surrounded by nothing but solid metal walls and a locked door that has an open tray slot in it. The pressure in her bladder continued to grow and she will need to do something about it soon or she will be in an even more humiliating position.
