Young Tom Miles, groggily got up from his bed. He was standing in just a wet pull up. He had wet his bed for as long as he could remember, and he had always wore diapers to bed. As of late, he felt a longing for a simpler time. Where it wasn’t embarrassing to have to wear pull ups to bed. He decided he wanted to be a baby again. His family was fine with it, and they decided they would slowly baby him. Today would be the start of it. His parents were at work, so his older brother would be the one to begin babying him.

A ringing sound was heard on Ryan's room, he groggily moved his arms to turn the alarm off. He sat up and yawned as his eyes were still close, rubbing it a little bit just to remove the sleep away from his system and opens then, remembering that his parents were at work, and the only ones in the house is him and his little brother. Then he remembered that today was the day that his little brother Tom is going to be a baby once again, he smiled at the thought as he stood up, stretched a little bit, made his bed, and decided to walk up to his little brother's room

He sat on his bed and wondered if he should change out of his wet pull up. He decided against it. He was supposed to be a little kid again and a little boy shouldn’t change out of his own wet pull up. He would wait for his big brother to come and decide what to do with him.

He walked towards Tom's room, smiling as he knocked on the door and opened it a little bit peeking in to check if he is awake or not. "Tom, you awake?" he said quietly, thinking that his little brother is still sleeping.

“I’m up Ryan.” He chirped cheerfully. He was a little uncomfortable sitting in just a wet pull up in front of his brother. He knew his brother knew about his bed wetting, but he hadn’t seen in just a wet pull up in years. Still, he tried not to let his nervousness show; he was supposed to be a baby again after all. He wasn’t supposed to be embarrassed about having an accident.

Ryan nodded as he smiles a little bit, letting himself in his room as he ruffled his brother's head. "Slept well bro?" he asked as he noticed the wet pull up. He remembered the last time he saw him in a wet pull up was when he is still young, let alone recently. He can sense his nervousness but he dismissed it completely.

“Yeah pretty well.” He confirmed and then nodded his head. He didn’t know what to say next. He wasn’t sure if he should ask Ryan for a change or if he maybe should wait for him to offer. Maybe he should just get dressed himself? Going with his first idea, he looked to Ryan. “Can you, um, change me?” He asked, gesturing to his wet pull up.

He nodded his head and smiled. "Of course little bro." he said with cheer in his voice as he walks up to his dresser, grabbing an overall and scanning the dresser seeing a pull up and a bunch of cartoonish undies in it. "Say Tom, do you want pull ups or undies for today?" he asked as he looks at him for a bit.

He smiled as Ryan agreed. He felt himself relax a little bit. He considered his brother’s question for a moment. He wasn’t sure whether or not he wanted to go straight to pull ups or if he wanted to stay in undies for a little while longer. “You pick, RyRy.” He replied, using the babyish nickname he had for his big brother.

Ryan just chuckled a little bit and grabbed one of his undies. "Undies then." he said as he closed the dresser and walked back to his soon to be baby brother with the clothes in his hands.
