"The great blot," Alex thought, unsure of what to think. This was all coming so fast, these men thought they were gods, and wanted him to keep Vir's ego in check and not let him get overconfident. That wasn't really an easy thing to do, though he did think he could control it if he tried. It wouldn't be easy though, and would reguire Vir to listen, but he was confident that it would. Blinking his eyes, he paused for just a moment to slowly ask, "What do you mean by getting him to do the great blot? That won't hurt him right? Or make him give up the throne?" Once he understood what it was, he reached for the pacifier and slowly stuck it in his mouth, slowly suckling on it and touching it with his tongue, before chewing gently.

"Well , no , no I don't think so. But who knows , what with free will and all. Anything can happen. It's a bold move but it would greatly help us in our game see" the god said "You'll see my eyes about , the ones with the golden tatoos. If you really need to know. It's a grand meeting between clans and kings. It's no mean feat , but we're running out of pieces and we'd like to win this game so if you wouldn't mind just tipping the scaled of fate in out favor , that'd be great." he said patting him on the head "try not to worry about us. Just convince the widdle king to hold it and you get to enjoy speaking and listening in the all tongue."

"I mean we wouldn't normally ask a human to help , let alone a none believer , to many questions. But we're on like a super bad loosing streak and nothing makes a god angry than something they can't control and be victorious with!" he stated with athoratity.

He looked up at the one that patted him on the head, and he nodded his own head. "I'll try my best. I don't know how much of an impact I can make on him, but I'll certainly try," He promised, looking at them with amazement. He then put the pacifier back in, suckling on it slowly as his hands went down to his sides. He waited to see if they had any other commands for him, before slowly starting to move towards the enterance, wanting to go find Vir and see if it worked.

The god nodded and turned back to the table , staring down at the pieces. The servant girl took his hand and led him back up to the shop and bit him farewell. The streets were still empty , with only a few civilians milling around the empty market place. There was cheering coming from one side of the city , must have been the game that Vir mentioned he was going to see. All Alex had to do was follow the cheering crowd to wherever they were hosing the game.
