Eventually, Hopper had turned around with a pout on her face and Strider had pulled back her diaper, revealing the somewhat mushed up mess inside. Letting the short, rubber pants snap back into position on her body, Strider said, "I'll get to you on that later." A little quietly before looking back to Sabrine and his Dragonite, the latter only getting a glance after hearing his question.
Walking by them and to one of the rusted, iron folding chairs as Libby stepped next to Bolt, grimacing slightly at her recent accident, Strider told him, "You weren't a part of it because we didn't want to make too much noise there or attract too much attention. Our faces, for the most part," He added that last part on, indicating they weren't too well known, "have been seen before, numerous times, so we can't exactly just flaunt our pokemon around. Also, while you would have been helpful on the escape, we could have easily been traced back here. You may have all that speed, Bolt, but that doesn't change the fact that you are big." And wearing a soaked diaper.
"I don't think he's that big." Stated Hopper. That could have been a compliment or an insult. "Sure, he's a dragonite and what not, but... He isn't exactly one of those lit up boards you guys put on your buildings to show off stuff."
"They're called "Billboards", Hopper, and I know this, but there are some risk that we shouldn't take, especially when others have suffered from them." Strider pointed out, ignoring the smell of two "well" used diapers in the room.
