The Plot: one day all the adults in the city win a vacation and leave City and at the same time a strange new fashion craze begins cloths for kids that look like Adult cloths and new cloths for Teens that look like toddler cloths.
Ryuko finds this weird and Dumb but Mako is able to convince her to try it out but soon the cloths begins affecting them are the children begin to act like adults and gaining the strength of one.
While the teenagers start acting like toddlers and grow weak to the point that they are potty training again.
But for Ryuko it effects her even more causing her to completely lose bladder control so she needs to be in diapers which leads to being teased by the other "Toddlers"
Ryuko seems to be the only one who realizes that this os all wrong so she tries to find out what's happening and fix things but most of her attempts lead to her being over Matarō's lap for spanking and placed in the corner for time out.
