Lightning Strikes Twice (private)

[Sami-Chan]

"Now that you mention it, we have done some mean and unfair things to her in the past." Marluxia said quietly. "At least she doesn't remember that we actually did those things to her, right?"

[Saturn_Ringer]

"I hope not..." Larxene looked at Namine. "I don't think she'd be able to laugh and play with us so easily if she did, even a little. This is like a chance to start over, but with our actual feelings." Larxene brushed a hair out of Namine's face.

"If she is in there somewhere...I hope she knows we're sorry." She said quietly.

[Sami-Chan]

Marluxia nodded, but then something suddenly came to his mind. Something that bothered him. "If we're gonna keep Namine like this, wouldn't that be technically killing the original one. I mean, I'm happy that she's like this now, but it's also unfair that the old Namine had to have her mind wiped clean from her head. Maybe it's still floating around in there somewhere."

[Saturn_Ringer]

"You've got a point..." Larxene looked at the big baby in her arms uncertainly.

"But if we bring back the old Namine, wouldn't that be killing this one...?" She asked worriedly. She shook her head.

"This is really shaky ground we're in now. We could just as easily say this is the same Namine with Amnesia as an entirely new person, couldn't we?" She asked.

Identity was a tricky thing for Nobodies. Since everything they used to act human was memory-based, Larxene was aware that the type of memories being called upon would affect behavior. Still, Larxene wondered if this was just an excuse so she didn't have to have any moral quandaries about keeping Namine as her baby...

[Sami-Chan]

"I dunno." Marluxia said, uncertain of himself. "I guess we could say that, but...it'll still be confusing to me either way. Sure, we could pretend this is still technically the normal Namine, but....I'm not sure what else to say..."

[Saturn_Ringer]

Larxene looked down at Namine pensively.

"...Maybe it's best if we don't think about it...let the memories and Namine's personality flow where they will." Larxene looked at Marluxia.

"I have no idea if the replica Namine could restore Namine's memories or what would happen if she did. But until we're in any position to get some answers and maybe do something about it, it's enough that she's our baby right now. At least, it is for me." She said, hugging Namine tightly.

[Sami-Chan]

"You do have a point." Marluxia nodded. "Yeah...let's not worry about it until we need to."
Namine then suddenly yipped in pain as a hot, almost liquidly mess began to fill the seat of her diaper, Namine whimpering alittle once it was done. It took no longer than two seconds for Marluxia to find out what happened. "I believe the last side-effect has started."

[Saturn_Ringer]

"Ooh, that sounded like it wasn't pleasant..." Larxene said worriedly, giving Namine a reassuring squeeze and a kiss before quickly picking her up and heading for the changing pad. She didn't want to leave Namine in that mess any longer than she had to; after all the side effects Namine had endured, diaper rash was not something she or her caretakers needed.

"Let's get you outta this diapie, honey..." Larxene said gently, opening Namine's diaper up so she could clean up her big baby.

[Sami-Chan]

"Uh-huh." Namine cooed with teary eyes, nodding as well as she patiently waited to be changed completely. During it, she batted at the thread from Larxene's coat every time they got into her reach, giggling happily each time.

[Saturn_Ringer]

Larxene smiled lovingly down at Namine as she wiped away the smelly, almost liquid mess and gently rubbed in oil and baby powder to soothe Namine's privates. When that was done, Larxene lifted Namine's legs a little to get her seated comfortably on a slightly bulkier diaper, taping her baby up snugly before scooping her up again and showering the big baby girl with kisses.

"Does Mommy's li'l princess feel better in a clean diapie?" She cooed.
