Kiara tensed up softly and started to fill her diaper, looking more relieved as she did so. She really had gotten used to using her diapers, to the point where she didn’t even mind it all that much. “M-Mmm…s-sowwy Mommy…”

"No need to be sorry for being what you really are, baby girl~" Mommy said. She kissed Kiara and rubbed her back before sitting her on her lap. "Are you excited?" She asked.

Kiara blushed a bit as she was given another kiss by her Mommy and put in her lap. "M-Mmmmm...n-newvouws...d-dun know if...b-bwothew will w-wike me..."

Mommy gently bounced her on her lap. "It's okay, princess. Mommy has told him about you and he is looking forward to meeting his big sissy~" she said.

The lion girl hugged her mommy, a bit nervous but still trying her best to at least look forwards to meeting her younger brother, so to speak.

About an hour passed, Mommy still had Kiara in her arms and on her lap. Suddenly, the doorbell rang, causing mommy to pick Kiara up, sit her on her hip, and approach the door. When mommy opened the door, there was a blushing cat boy, kind of below average height, with soft brown hair looking up at her. It was obvious he was nervous and excited at the same time. "Uhh h..hello! I'm uh... The little you've been talking to, that you have uhhh 'adopted' so to say.." he said in a nervous, shy tone.

Mommy seemingly smiled with glee as she brought the cat boy into a hug, cuddling him tightly as Kiara fumbled a bit in her arms. “Oh, it’s so good to finally see you! And you are just the most adorable kitten ever! Come on inside, we’ll get you all dressed up and set up, little one. And don’t be afraid to ask Mommy to get you in a diaper right away too, dear.”

The cat boy blushed, awkwardly standing there while she hugged him for a moment before slowly wrapping his arms around her to return the hug. He smiled and followed the girls inside the house. His little eyes widened as he stared up at mommy. "Y..yes ma'am that sounds r...really nice right now!" He said.

Mommy led her little one inside and slowly set Kiara down in a bouncer, watching her go up and down for a minute before turning to look at her new kitty. “Alright, let’s get you to the changing room first and foremost, so we can do a few measurements. Need to make sure you’re in the right size, unless you wanna wear the same size diapers as her, heheh~.”

The cat boy giggled and held Mommy's hand as the two went into the nursery. He blushed and stared around at Kiara's gorgeous nursery before standing next to the changing table. "Is... Is that girl my big sissy?" He asked shyly.
