But older siblings always will have some short comings no matter what'' Twilight assured trying to be gentle on what she meant ''Besides I think Luna still sees you as that sister that was overprotective of her and not letting her do much when you both was younger so she keeps things to herself''

"I may have been over protective but I did keep her safe from getting in trouble or hurting herself," Celestia states and then letting out a sigh. "She was always the immature one. Why can't the castle staff force her to wear diapers all the time and baby her? I'm the more responsible one, why am I getting the baby treatment?" Tia was glad to finally have some pony to talk this over.

''I think it's do to they don't see her as immature or giving her slack at the most but more lost in a still fairly brand new world to her.''Twilight took a reasonable guess'' After all I still see her amazed by simple things and trying to catch up to the world in her study time''Twilight stated as she used a simple spell to give Celestia the feel of a playful slap to the butt yet she did nothing to hid it was her or has the spell going doing it

"I guess that's true..." Celestia admitted, suddenly sitting straight up from the magical slap to get bottom, eyeing Twilight as she knew she did it. Soon the waitress came with their drinks, telling them their food will be out soon. Her chocolate milkshake was in the enlarged bottle while Tia suckled. While drinking it, her diaper began to get soggy.

''Its about time I check your diaper''Twilight stated intentional saying it loud enough that afew other ponies heard and she went to Celestia sticking her hand on the outside finding it wet and smiled''Lets get you changed and seeing as the bathrooms aren't big enough we'll have to make do out in the open''

Celestia groaned hearing Twilight say those words out loud, making a few heads turn. When she said they had to change her in the open, her eyes widened. "Wait, not in front of all the lovely- woah!" She let out as Twilight levitated Tia up from her seat and on the ground for every pony to watch.

Twilight started the change narrating as she worked on changing her marefriend

Celestia simply suckled on her bottle of milkshake as she was being changed. She could see the little kids popping their heads up to watch their supreme ruler getting changed like baby. "Twily, you don't need to say everything you're doing while changing me..."

Celestia was happy her diaper was changed at least. "Thank you, Twily..." she said giving her marefriend a kiss on her cheek before getting up and climbing back on her baby seat.
