There was of course muttering from those who noticed but the worst of the mutters was snickered laughs and hushed whispers from the teenagers who was here for some romance attempts still the majority was about Celestias current state and how said in a mean way that they find funny on how Celestia is nothing but a pony thats finally breaking down and Luna should take over.

Twilight wasn't hearing anything as she has yet to gain the Alicorn enhanced hearing still she was already trying to think of someplace to chance Celestia at this time

Still Twilight noticing how distracted Celestia is put afew slight mental suggestions in that aren't anything big just minor things like being more open about the baby thing all the time in behavior and such but not being made to do either come when the time is needed to address the issues to the public

Celestia blushed as Twilight began to tease and coo her about the fact that Celestia was now a big padded baby of a ruler. She covered her face in shame, not wanting anypony to look at her. But they were already staring.
