“Can you two expeditious retreat us to your apartment,” Kim asks.

“Sure,” both said cat girls said.

White has the stroller while Blonde gives Kim a piggy back ride.

Kim casts Minor Illusion of them as cats carrying kittens.

They hasted away.

They move along and Gabby whimpers finding this so weird. They're risking being seen in the city if the illusion is broken at all. She's being pushed by a stranger, and her Mommy is given a piggy back ride? She doesn't understand any of what's going on.

The Nekokin moved fast through out the city.
No magical repercussions occurred.
Typically no one would expect anything suspicious of feral cats at night.
Soon they arrived at the Nekokin apartments.
The Nekokin gave their thanks and returned home.

“Hey babe, do you have any questions,” Kim asks Prissy.

This spell allows you to move at an incredible pace. When you cast this spell, and then as a bonus action on each of your turns until the spell ends, you can take the Dash action.
The Dash action is a movement done twice.
How I read this the movement can be preformed 4 times.
1 round of dnd is 6 seconds.
The spell is concentration & lasts 10 minutes.
So dashing 4 times within 6 seconds means 1 dash is used 400 times.
The Nekokin have running speed of 40 feet per round.
This means 400 x 40 for 16000 feet per round of 10 minutes.
The 2 miles traveled is 10560 feet.

In short they will get to the Nekokin apartment in less than 10 minutes.

Prissy takes a breath when they get there after experiencing that spell for the first time. A whirlwind of speed and avoiding obstacles. That moment alone scared her enough to make her have a little movement in her diaper. She gulps hoping this counts as a job complete before they head off.

Kim sees a shell shocked Prissy and decides to give her a kiss while she collects her thoughts.

While still in sight, Kim makes a phone call to hq. She informs them of what happened and requests a “food truck & dj” to come to this area to reduce curfew infractions.
She waits to see if Prissy has anything to say.

Priscilla was currently in the middle of a nice little high from getting a loving kiss from her Mommy. As well as comepletely soiling her diaper from the enema. All while trying to remember procedure to do after reporting in. "Uh....um....I think next is filing after-reports, to HQ r-right?" She says hoping she got the answer correct to not sound dumb. She's very self conscious about making good impressions especially with people she views as above her.

“Good girl,” Kim praises and then finishes the phone call.
She gets behind the stroller and walks to HQ.
This takes 3 hours to get there.

Probably would have been faster by bus or train, but then they can't enjoy the sights and sounds of the city they live in. Both sides of it. Witch Watch are a militia like public service for non-human beings, and those with magic. Witches resemble humans, some even born human, so it was agreed upon that they keep a lookout for the community.

During the middle of their walk a blood curdling scream of a woman could be heard near one of the barks. Kim remains calm and sees if Prissy would know what that.
“Prissy, what was that scream,” she asks in a teasing manner but is glad to educate her girlfriend.

Priscilla uses her Arcane Eye once again, and looks near the bank. "It's a woman getting robbed at the atm, b-but it looks like they're all humans." Prissy feels a pit in her stomach. She gulps, and starts to sweat. "D-do we call someone?" Witches aren't allowed to meddle with human affairs without good reason. It keeps up the charade of the other beings in the world. So seeing something they can stop, but not being allowed to is....gut wrenching.
