Kim looks shocked, “Oh, I thought that was a barking owl.”
“Well this is a shade of grey area. I’m going to use the Anonymous Nokia to report it we still live here. What’ street are they on,” the older of the two says and takes out the ancient device.

"Uh u-um 5201 17th street south!" She calls out the address her arcane eye is seeing. She whimpers. This feels very naughty. She is scared for the person in danger, but also her own livelihood. Much less risking getting the magical community exposed. The student which sniffles and sheds a tear from her glowing eye. Tonight has been chaotic on the job for her.

Kim makes the call to the police to report the crime. As soon as the phone call ended three police cars surrounded the area.
“Prissy, please undo your Arcane Eye or at least look into another area. You don’t need to see what they do next. Besides we have have other things to do and places to go,” Kim lectures and pushes the stroller towards headquarters.

Prissy undoes her spell. She lays back magically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted. She sucks her thumb as they take the trip back. They head down to the subway and take the subway and go down a special little elevator that's hidden away to go down where magical people are roaming around. It's hard for them to move on the surface so secret pathways and special train lines help out immensely. No one said magic and technology couldn't coexist....jsy you know....magic and humanity.

Kim notices some jittering in the stroller. She kneels down to take a peak at Prissy.
“Relax and get into your little space. We will be at headquarters soon and I’m expecting a crying baby girl to change when we arrive,” she suggests because it has been sometime since her diaper is dirtied.

Given she's been sucking her thumb, she couldn't be more in little space. Maybe by crying, but why would she force herself to cry? She is getting tired of being in that dirty diaper from the forced enema as well. Question is, does she put that part in her report? It happened, but it will make her Mommy look bad, and is very very embarrassing. Mommy could honestly get in a lot of trouble with how she has gone about this job.

The two enter the family bathroom. When Prissy is on her back with her dirty diaper peeled open, the counsel that they report to astral plains the room for the witching duo to report to.

“WE THE MAGICAL COUNSEL… we did it again,” Member 1 said.
“Aww, it’s a diaper change. This is the ABDL couple,” Member 2 said.
“That’s my granddaughter as the big in the relationship,” Member 3 said.
“Hi, grandma,” Kim says as she finishes cleaning Prissy.
“I’m kinda impressed how fast she is at this procedure, Member 4 said.
“Enough,” Member 5 says and uses his magic to complete a correct diaper change with diaper rash relieve, “Older witch explain your report. Did you make anything explode?”

At random someone from the counsel casts Zone of Truth.

Kim hugs and gives Prissy a kiss to whisper, “We are under a zone of truth spell. You can’t lie but you can choose not to answer questions.”

“No elder 5 there were no explosions. …,” Kim explains the mission of roaming Nekokin.

How Kim gain their friendship by letting them help with Prissy’s diaper change and enema.
“… This helps with a maternal friendship since we were all girls. Luckily these party girls just had a good time and just lost track of time. “Is there anything else you would like to add. Reminder if you are worried about not watching for street cameras is not an issue we will take care of those issues,” Member 5 says.

Prissy's head was dizzy with all that was going on. A bunch of old and young (?) women just watched her get her diaper changed out of nowhere. This looks whacky without reason. Much less each of them seeming to know what an abdl relationship is. Honestly the magical community is doomed with these people in charge.
