It felt really random how they got there. Like, there's many questions. If she wasn't disguised where was security at? How did they move through the streets with her face exposed? Which base are they at? Just being at the base is just kind of weird.

Let's just say she disguised herself again as an older woman to pass as his older sister/mother and they are at the old base since this is before the league members were down to just her, compress, spinner and Shigaraki. Basically this is before the overhaul arc but after that U.A. attack arc
