As Rainbow has those who struggle lift weights or do chin-ups with their wings, a sting hits her bowels and a runny mess pools up behind the plug, trying to come out.

“Spitfire!!! I need you to help these Pony’s out. If I’m not back when everyone finishes review cloud coverage drills for a cool down,” Rainbow Dash the Girl Boss insists.

Rainbow Dash the trying foal scurries to the locker room to make it to a toilet. She panics like a whimp in the locker room.

Spitfire chortles, trying to hold back a laugh. “I think I have an idea on why she was gone for so long.”

The other Wonderbolts laugh with her. But immediately, Spitfire glares, goes back to her old captain self and yells, “Now get going with those weights! Lift! Lift! Lift!”

RB did not make it all the way, but manages to tinkle in the potty. She manages to get everything cleaned and not foul smelling. Once replugged, diapered, & redressed she rejoins her team. Being the youngest leader she hopes teases her for taking a potty break. She thinks of AJ spanking she to get back into her mature state.

“Alright ponies. I’m back and ready to teach you all how to produce and diffuse a tornado,” Dashie announces and notices all the fillies glowing more that usual, “Way to look girlies!!!”

“Okay…” Spitfire then whispers in Rainbow’s ear, “Diaper Dash” and giggles away.

Dash blushes a bit but doesn’t act as if she is in pain.
‘Okay dreams come true too soon, but they look more motivated. Ahh well, I am the youngest. Still going to cry in AJ’s hooves latter,’ Dashie thinks.

“Alright here is what the final result of training will do,” Rainbow Dash announces and with both wings producing a 180 degree wing flap while standing she produces a tornado the size of celestia castle. 100% Dangerous. Not phased with a panicked crowed audience, Rainbow Dash confidently crosses her wings in front of herself and reversed her previous wing flap to diffuse the god like tornado with a sudden whim.

“Our final training for today. So let’s not fail any type of training today ponies.” RD cheers.

“Uh… Captain, are you sure nothing bad is going to happen?” A bolt asks.

“That’s just it. This is to practice your fortitude. Yes many are not at this level, but we will get there. The cloud stadium we are in will defuse them before leaving. Besides the more powerful form of this is when you’re flying.

Training begins as whispers wonder through these bolts. The biggest tornado produces is about the size of a car. Few discovered how to make the tornados more powerful but they lasted an even shorter time. A free recruits uniforms get ripped off of them from the vortexes.

“Now everyone defuse this,” Dashie announces as she launched a tornado only 1/8 the size before. Some recruits used the proper diffuse techniques. While some others made it stronger and causes it to go backwards.

RD being cocky was taken by this surprise. She flew up and diffuse the tornado at the cost of her uniform.

Dashie is in the air in front of her recruits in just a diaper. She is shocked by these turns of events.

The crowd gasps, and start giggling like they’re an opera audience at a comedy show.

“Captain Dash is wearing a diaper!”

“Oh my. I don’t know if we want a foal representing us.”

“Hey! Who changes you?”

“I bet Scootaloo changes her diapers.”

Dashie fights it and fights it hard. She bites inside her mouth to tearless. She focused on now then slowly thought of a few second ago at how awesome she was. Then what AJ said about her dream last night. ‘Wait, they are laughing at my while I diffused their tornado. … Oh NO THEY DONT,’ Dashie thinks.

She enters her girl boss attitude. “Attention everyone. Yes, I am wearing a diaper. As common knowledge I am the youngest leader of the Thunder Bolts. I am wearing a diaper to one show you that you’ve lived all this time longer and accomplished more in a shorter time. If I can do this you can do this. Two your failures caused me to step in if I wasn’t her then this diaper should remind you of the helpless fouls, friends, and families who could lose everything including their lives. Three do I want Wonder Bolts who laugh at other’s disabilities? If you want to laugh then laugh, but failing an important training measure is not something to laugh about,” Rainbow Dash reads the room. Now her confidence is cooling off slowly.

Dashie observes to see if she gained some respect back.
