It was a cold so winters day in Konoha. The snow gently fell and slowly turned everything white. It also happened to be a calm day so there was a distinct lack of noise. This made sleeping in easier but as her training had taught her Sakura was already up and getting a warm shower. The now twenty one year old girl relaxed as the water caressed down her body. Today was the day. She was honestly surprised she agreed to it but maybe the fact it was going to her Ino and the fact Lady Tsunade would be helping that helped. Either way today was the day she'd be leaving her apartment and current life for exactly one year. The Yamanaka clan had requested her help with a admittedly interesting if embarrassing study. For the next year she'd be living in a secured facility with a few others. She'd be living a normalish life while there well if you count having to wear and use diapers and experiencing a second childhood as normal. The study was easy enough to understand. They wanted to studying the reactions of girls suddenly living with the need to wear diapers and how they'd cope. Naturally the setting in mind was to treat them as small children when possible though there adult needs weren't going to be restricted at all. Lady Tsunade and Shizune would be the live in caretakers while Ino's family focused on observing. Sakura sighed and turned the shower off. She needed to hurry since she was pretty sure everyone was either there or on there way. The facility itself was a large well hidden hospital like home tucked in the currently snowy forest.

Sakura got dressed in a basic set of sweat pants and a red shirt. Clothing would be provided for them once they started so she didn't need to really pack anything. Getting her shoes on and a jacket she quickly made her way there and sighed in before joining any other waiting test subjects in what was basically a daycares waiting room. Naturally they where waiting for either a caretaker or a doctor to get them ready.

Ino grunts because she has to wake up on this perfectly cool morning to sleep in. "I can't believe that I have to be one of the babies... sorry diapered test subjects. Mom has boasted about working on this one time, but I wanted to be an observer not a test subject," Ino whines one last time but has gotten better about this news even though she had joked about the individuals who were diapered ever since she was first potty trained. Ino made sure everything was tidy. She's dressed in a purple & blue track suit, pony tail as usual, sanles, and going commando since her needs will be provided.

Before Ino entered the waiting room, she shivers one more sigh before entering the waiting room. When she entered, the blonde was surprised to see that she was the third to arrive as a happy Ten-Ten looked like she entered the room just recently while whereing her typical attire.

"Howdy," Ten-Ten cheers as she was ready to be token care of again plus she has her investing set in her duration of this expirement. So money was good & her vacation was set. "Since we're going to be test sisters, would you like to join me in the kiddy corner and color with me," the chirping girl asks. "Oh hi gals...," Ino greets as she quickly shuts the door out of embarrsment. She looks towards Sakura to see if she would join in the coloring invite since Ino is still one to be guided by peer pressure.

Lady Tsunade was observing the live recording of the waiting room while using a breast pump to donate milk. She observes to see if they would color or not. If they did, the doctor would give the girls 10 minutes of play time. "Shizune, it looks like our diapered one have arrived. Would you like to be the example model again for this orientation," Lady Tsunade asks with a chuckles, "As your thinking should we case the test subjects by name or refer to them by test number this time?"

Regardless if the trio colored or not when the time came a loud buzzer was heard from the intercom with Lady Tsunade's voice to follow, "Ladies it is time to begin. First take off all of your clothes and put them in a separate plastic bin provided. Shizune will come in to collect the bins and proceed with your physicals & take samples of blood, spit, and hair."

Sakura was admittedly shocked that Hinata wasn't here but then again the poor girls nerves might not be well suited for this. Seeing TenTen was also shocking. She agreed and they colored for a bit. " This definitely takes me back. Anyway so TenTen...I get why Ino's here but why would you sign up? " she asked.

When the time came Sakura got undressed and sat in the cute children's booster seat for her examination. All three where healthy and good to go. Shizune gave Tsunade the ok and then she to!d Ino to follow her. Seemed they would be separated for now likely to be dressed up and told the rules.

Shizune led Ino into a nice sized room. It was a mix of a young girl's bedroom and a nursery. Funny enough Ino's was farm themed. " Ok Ino up we go. " Shizune cooed as she lifted the naked blonde onto her new personal changing table. Hanging above her was a mobile of cute farm animals. Soft music played from it as well.

Ino decides to join the other two girls for coloring & colored in the lines from a coloring book. TenTen mashed crayons on a blank sheet of paper and made doodles. When hearing Sakura's question TenTen smiles to chime, "This seemed like fun plus I wanted to escape responsibility for a while." Sometime later when the girls striped the only one starting out with womanly bushes was Ino plus she seemed bigger in breast comparison.

After their check up and rules brief, Sakura & TenTen were left sitting on their boater seats. "Wow, I can't believe how far some of the rules go. Oh well, I kinda can't wait to play with toys again. Hey Sakura, what are you looking forward to," TenTen asks as she kicks about in her seat. The room was slightly chilly, but the air flow could not be felt.

Ino obediently follows Shizune. Due to the chill of winter her nipples were hard as they walked. At the first sight of her nursery/room she though, 'Well that's funny my big boobs got me a room with cows in it. Ah at least it looks pieceful and I get to look at animals.' The blushing blonde approaches her changing table and listens to Shizune. "Huh, woah," the blue eyed girl gasps as she was picked up. She looked panicked, but soon calm when the cute mobile easily distracts her just like a blonde's nature. Shizune would notice the bush of pubic hair and Ino wasn't wiping correctily.

Lady Tsunade decides to call Hinata to see if she is alright since she didn't want to leave just one test subject alone in the waiting room. As the phone rang the medical head closes the milk bottle donations & jots down TenTens motives to further discuss with Shizune which TenTen is not wrong in her intentions just has a different outlook from the other test subjects.

In all honesty Ino wasn't even that top heavy she was just better off that Sakura. Once she saw the hair she sighed. She applied some cream to Ino's privates and after a few minutes she washes it off taking any hair with it. Once that was done she she began gently applying baby oil and lotion to Ino's diaper area and general body. After that she unfolded a freshly retrieved sunflower colored disposable and got it under Ino's rear end. After that she began gently sprinkling baby powder across Ino's privates and rear end. She again rubbed it then pulled the front up between her legs. She carefully but skillfully did each of the four tapes up. " Well honestly it was your mom's idea. It does match your name after all. " she explained.

Soon enough though Sakura was left alone since someone had lead TenTen off down the hall. What was taking Lady Tsunade so long? She was getting cold and the longer she sat here the more nervous she felt.

Hinata gave a ok and that was all Tsunade needed to here. Now she could go tend to Sakura.

Hearing about her mother snaps Ino out of her trance. "Uhh, mom that's so embarrassing!!! Nnh, oh well I'm in diapers now so I guess this comes with the terrritory," Ino whines and sits up to better look at her diaper. "Hey these are cute. Thank you Shizune. What's next on my agenda? And does it have to stay on 70 degrees it's kinda cool in here," the blonde asks as she kind of marvels at her farm themed nursery with a shy smile.

Lady Tsunade enters the waiting room, "Come on Sakura. Hold my hand and let's get you diapered baby." The Head Medical holds Sakura's hand to lead her to her room which is next to Ino's room. The area was plentiful with a theme of majestic fairies prancing, playing, & singing in trees flowers, and mushrooms. The toy chest was like a treasure chest green colored wood with brass trim with a crib, bookcase, and dresser to match. They approach the changing table. "Up we go. Ready? Uh whee," Tsunade soft spokenly said to nurture Sakura. "Now lay down and I'll diaper you quickly," the master blonde says smiling as to reduce any tension. Sakura would see a mobile that is a small half dome that projects a small laser show of random shapes.

TenTen happily gabs with her caretaker nurse to see what she would play with her.

Shizune giggled. " Hmm well for now we'll get you dressed. Generally we'll either have you In these simple gowns but we also will naturally have you in baby attire. And once 3e get you dressed we can see about the temperature if you still want. Sound good? " she asked getting a cute matching childish yellow bra onto the girl then followed up with a lavender colored gown style shirt and pants. They where comfortable as all get out since they where made from soft materials.

Sakura unlike Ino preferred staying shaved. Looking around she was a bit embarrassed by her surroundings but she had to admit it was cute! " So after this what's on the agenda? " she asked as she laid there. The mobile was admittedly soothing so she relaxed and held nice and still.

Ino behaves as she had her bra put on for her, but just out of curiosity Ino foods her arms like how a protest would begin. "The only way I'm getting in that gown is if you tickle me into it," the blonde fussed. Admittedly, it's been such a long time since she has bonded with her mom like this. Ino felt a rush of excitement as she didn't know what would happen next.

Lady Tsunade wipes Sakura's rear throughly then slides the diaper underneath the adult baby. "Each caretaker will introduce each girl to their room while diapering and dressing her up in one of the uniforms and will meet back up in the community playroom to showcase and remind the babies what kind of discipline bad girls go through as a maintenance session. Also review what kind of daily schedules and expectations we will put you girls through. So get use to your diaper and we're growing your hair out," The head medical announces as she applied baby oil to Sakura's diaper area just before getting her bum powdered. With the leak guards expanded and Sakura's tish prep, Lady Tsunade kissses the adult baby on the huge forehead. The caretaker was able to tape the diaper on the the strawberry girl in a comfortable fashion.

Shizune rolled her eyes. " Ino we're under a tight schedule today. So for now I need you to behave ok? We need to get you dressed so we can meet up with the other's in the play room. " she explained hoping that for now Ino would play along. If she wanted to be dressed then sure Shizune was fine with it but for now they needed to be quick about it.

Sakura held nice and still as the fluffy pink fairy adorned garment was tapped up around her waist. She squeezed her legs together and took mental notes on how it wasn't extremely thick but she probably would have a 3waddle to her walk. Letting Tsunade get her dressed Sakura then looked herself over. Much like Ino she had a childish bra on under her clothes and her diapers waist band tended to out out of the top of her pants.

Ino has seen how she was trying Shizune's patients & rethinks her protest. With no time to waste the crystal blue eyed girl allows for her caretaker to dress her into lavender gown & shorts. Ino gets off the table by Shizune's instruction or help. The young blonde was shocked by her walking with this padding between her legs would cause her to lightly wobble. "Woah," she teeters and held onto Shizune's arm, "I guess I'm much of a baby to begin with." Without anymore fuss Ino was led into the playroom.

Lady Tsunade picked Sakura up to stand with her. She offers the adult baby her hand to trot along towards the community playroom. Once the three test subjects had rejoined, the diapered ones were to sit on the floor next to their caretaker who got to sit in wooden dinning chair. "Alright young ladies your going to go through a lecture of what's to be expected from you, understanding our services, & a maintenance punishment session so it's understood as to what the consequences are for punishment. Any questions," Lady Tsunade asks.
