Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

New? Well, not so new. New to the DA Users, perhaps.

Anyway, a short notice, users should now be able to use an option to further customize their profile layout to be more unique, colorful, or otherwise "pretty and nice." ^_^

For frequent AnimeOTK users, you should be able to recognize this system immediately.
It can be found in User CP -> Customize Profile. For an example, hit up my profile.
Let me know if there are any problems.

Okay so thats the maintenance the site was going through.

By any chance may a Admin. or Mod. tell us what country the sever is on cause the maintence and the major events in the Egypt conflict (Civil War) are happening at the same time.

Egypt turns off their internet on saturday = Site Maintenance on saturday night

Egypt cocktails Wed. night = Site Maintenance on Wed. night

I'm not trying to compare presidentail assasionations, but their is a pattern.

pure coincidence tbh, l assumed originally but while there isnt any exact reason yet we have some possibilities which could be OS related which we are currently troubleshooting.. however the original set of downtime a week or two back was attributed to the IP tables, which may have likely been hiding another problem which we experienced the past few.
