“Theeeen…” She brought out what seemed to be a short little sundress, white with frills and covered in small flowers - though it was especially short, it wasn’t that childish of a selection overall “Then, how about this?” Mihari asked - considering that she was originally an adult boy before, however, she slightly doubted that he’d have much of an judgement, if at all about what clothes a toddler would wear.

“What—what?” Her eye twitched as she stared deadpan at the dress. Deciding it was better than nothing, she nodded. “That’ll suffice as long as it covers me,” she said, starting to feel self-conscious about her state of undress. As much as she hated it, she figured regular clothes were out of the question. Surprisingly compliant, she raised her arms, ready to be dressed. With a bit of a motive behind it. Mostly so she could get breakfast.

“All right then,” With a swift move, the dress perfectly fit into Mahiro’s young frame as Mihari finished dressing him up - while she did look adorable, the short nature of the dress did mean that him taking even just a single step would expose the diaper. Though it was probably time to get something else to feed him “How does pancakes for breakfast sound, hm?” She asked, giving him a small pat on the head.

“Aaah~” Mahiro covered her mouth, a squeak escaping her at the sight of her favorite breakfast and the pats on her head. “Pancakes!” was all she could manage to say as she dashed to the door, her excitement making her move with all the grace of an impatient toddler. At least pancakes could make up for the strange day she had been having.

“Woah, where’d all that energy come from?” Mihari giggled as she wrote down a few more observations in her notebook, before stretching her arms as she went towards the kitchen to prepare breakfast for her. “It won’t take too long now, I’ll be ready soon!” The girl said as she placed her lab coat to the side for a moment “So just be patient now.”

Mahiro found herself in a predicament. Unsure of what to do while she waited, she realized she couldn’t reach the remote or climb onto the couch. She already disliked stairs and was fairly certain she had heard Mihari close her bedroom door. So, she did the next best thing: flopped onto the floor, lying on her stomach. "I guess I’ll just be lazy while she does everything," Mahiro thought to herself.

In truth, there wasn’t exactly anything prohibiting her from doing anything she had done previously as an adult - she still had her mind, after all. While Mihari was finished with the pancakes, she set a few to the side as she called out for him “Mahiro, your food’s ready.”. Of course, when she gets to the dining table she’ll realise exactly what kind of seat is there for her - she laid out both plates as she placed them onto the tables.

Mahiro quickly got up and smiled as the smell of pancakes wafted through the air. "Cooooming," she called out, trying to maintain a steady pace. When she arrived in the dining room, she froze. "Nope, not happening," she said, crossing her arms defiantly. "Come on, Mihari, can’t I just sit in a normal chair?" she asked, already anticipating a ‘no’ but figuring it was worth asking.

"Well," To make her point, she placed Mahiro on one of the regular dining chairs. Which, expectedly, wasn't exactly high enough for him to have a meal. Mihari did stare at him amusely, with her having now settled into her padded condition so easily without a further complaint, but she didn't mind the silence - she eventually went over and placed a plate in front of the high chair, before lifting her up again.

She sighed, realizing she had no way out of the situation. Deciding to be somewhat compliant for the time being, she dropped her head and let her legs dangle. Looking at the high chair, she cringed, knowing she would likely be eating from it for a while.
