Fluttershy assumed that Twi and Pinkie meant that a Forever Foal was somepony who still had their pacifier from when they were foals. "It...it's no big deal girls. I just use it to relax and unwind."

"Follow me girls." Twilight trotted off to her library and looked for some books. "I know I have it here somewhere." She said as her glowing horn started pulling books out of the shelves and trowing them on the floor. "Ah, here it is! Unusual Psychology." She flipped through the pages of her book to find the right page. "Foalism." Twilight Sparkle read. "It's better known for it's slang term, forever foal. Foalism is a psychological condition in which a grown Pony indulges in wearing and using diapers. Foalism ranges from casual use of protective briefs to dressing up and roll playing as a foal or young filly. This condition is often known for it's sexual nature, but there have been reports about nonsexual Foalism." Twilight closed her book.

Fluttershy's cheeks turned scarlet. "Oh no...I'm not into...those kinds of things. I just have a pacifier that I use when I'm stressed."

"It's okay Fluttershy! You don't have to be embarrassed!" Pinkie Pie reassured.

"You don't have to hide your feelings from us!" Twilight agreed. "There's a pharmacy at the market place next to the carrot stand. I'm sure they have all sorts of supplies for you."

"Oh thank you Twilight! We'll be there! Common Fluttershy. We're going to the pharmacy!" She dragged Fluttershy down to the market place for some supplies.

The two of them were in the pharmacy together as Pinkie lead Fluttershy to the front desk. She's never been in this store before. "Pumpkin Seed!" Pinkie blurted out. Apparently she new this stallion's name too. When she said she knew everpony in Ponyvill, she meant it. Pumpkin Seed looked up from his counter. "I din't know you worked here!"

"Yup, I just started a few months ago. So what can I do you for Pinkie?"

"She's a forever foal!" Pinkie pointed. "Do you have anything to help a helpless forever foal with no one to take care of her?" Pinkie beamed him a sad face.

"Nonsense Fluttershy! Nopony who uses a binky in secret can fool this filly! Whatcha got?"

"Well" He answered. "If you girls like, we keep all the protective briefs here in the back. We have a separate counter too so you don't have to embarrass yourself in front of me." He pointed to the back of the store in the corner.

"Thank you!" Pinkie hopped off with Fluttershy. There was a whole shelf of adult briefs, pull-ups, fitted briefs, and somewhere in the middle, there was patterned diapers with stars, hearts, pictures, and even fake cutie marks on the flank side of the waist bands. "Ooh look at all of them, where do we even start?" Pinkie squealed.

"Uh...can we not start at all? I-if you don't mind." Fluttershy knew that once Pinkie had her eyes set on something, she would see it through. "I-I'll wait outside. Just get what you think would be best for me."

"All of them!" She shouted. "How can we possibly pass up on any of them! I'll be right back!" Pinkie zipped away to get a cart and came back. She just started knocking packs down into the cart, then she moved on to a section with ointments, powders and wipes for diaper rash. She went on to find some other supplies, such as a changing blanket, a security blanket, a few stuffed animals, some toys, a onesie with a drop seat, and some other babyish clothes. She wasn't sure how foalish Fluttershy wanted to get, assuming that she wanted to at all, but she wanted to make sure, just in case. She brought everything over to the counter to pay for it.

"Will that be all?" Pumpkin Seed asked, looking up at the tall pile of supplies.

"Yeah, I think so." Pinkie payed for everything and stepped outside with it, where she met Fluttershy. "You ready Fluttershy? I can't wait to try some of these out!" She exclaimed. The pile of supplies was huge. Who knew how she was carrying it all, especialy in public like this.
