Ruby rolled her eyes, ignoring that comment and her daughter still saying please. "Oh please, my family doesn't cry that much, we hold our emotions in for as long as possible." She joked, Though Autumn's next comment had made her freeze, stopping in her tracks. "Wait...that mean they saw us.,,,Luna fuck me with the moon." She mumbled, turning back around to Autumn. "Here's the plan, we pack up, get Caring and leave as fast as we can."

Although before either of them could make a move Gawd spotted them, not hard wearing the garbs they were. "Autumn Ruby get on the stage now, there are matters to discuss." Storm was rigid, but Gawd was stone faced. It was impossible to read her like that, and to boot Caring looked a bit shaken as well. Autumn gulped, going to set Ember down. "Your daughter as well/" She ordered, making her freeze and look over at Ruby.

"OH we are so fucked!" Ruby yelled, doing as she was told and making her way to the stage. "Just bring her with" Once up, she waited to Autumn to join her, glancing to Gawd. "H-Hey Gawd...Ma'am." Ruby said, letting out a small fake laugh. "Hey, we found Storm, that's at least good. I also brushed my mane! It's all clean now and with that we can just leave now im guessing? Yes? alright lets go babe." Ruby said, instantly turning around and starting to walk away.

Although the second she did she was grabbed, not by Storm or Gawd, but by Caring. "F-filly remain where you are, Autumn here NOW!" She ordered, making the mare in question squeak and rush up the stairs so fast she had to use her magic to keep Ember in place correctly. She said nothing as she took a seat next to her mate. Only then did Gawd step up to the both of them, first starting to rub the bride of her nose.

"Three gryphons were found dead outside your room, three guests of the Talons. And by exploring the data on the cameras I have seen the things you two committed." She started, turning to the crowd. "The price for blood is blood, and for three to die means three more." She turned back to Ruby and Autumn. "Still the footage also showed a deeper treason, to kill a Talon ranked as a commander, given this the sentence is henceforth decresed that of thievery. Count yourselves lucky."

Storm then stepped up. "The filly had nothing to do with this, but as is tradition punishment is carried out by the family, and she will have to watch." She turned to Ember. "Please go sit with Lady Fluttershy, this will be over as quickly as we can do it." She ordered, turning back to them. "Fifty lashes is the sentence for thievery, carried out by Caring and myself. Ruby Feather please disrobe and go bend over that bench." She ordered, pointing to one in the center of the stage. Although it was clear she didn't want to do this.

Ruby glance to the bench, looking back to Gawd and Storm. "Or, just listen to me on this. We look at the fact that they wanted to do things to my daughter and we just drop the punishment. After all at this point they were a bunch of dirty Raiders." She explained, trying to talk her way out of it. Then an idea came to mind. "You know, what If I tell you both something that would clear myself and Autumn of this murder charge." She said. "All I gotta do is get to my bag in my room, it will only take a moment."

Ember didn't get fully what was going on, just understanding that Gawd didn't look to happy and that she had been told to sit next to Fluttershy. Slowly making her way to Fluttershy, she hopped up next to her, watching the stage. "Wait, so is Mommy and Momma in trouble? What did they do wrong?"

Although Storm's talon met her face at that, she wasn't going to be getting out of this. "Ruby, this is being treated as a punishment, one not as severe as we would normally carry out. This is no longer the wastes Ruby." She used the main name just to get the point across. "But you let the anger choose not your mind so please just accept it and lets get this over with." She said, it was clear by both her voice and face that she didn't want any part of this.

Cursing to herself Ruby was silent, before looking back up, a smile on her face. "The Talon Code!" She yelled. "The Talon code stats that anyone about to receive punishment can try to defend them self in an attempt to clear said punishment. Am I right?" She asked. She'd have to thank Storm for those bedtime stories from the Talon Code book. "For this defense I need to get to my bag which is in my room. Autumn as well needs to go with me...right babe?"

Storm though knew what was going on, but she couldn't let it go. "I can't do that Ruby, you know good and well I can't do that. You face trial for crimes with concrete evidence, and I know you'll try to flee. Please Ruby, the faster this is over with the faster we can get on with life and leave this in the past." She said, offering a talon, already Autumn seemed to be bending over the one on the other side.

Or the Plan could start falling apart at the damn seems, making Ruby just slightly mad. "For fuck sakes. Listen, I'm one of the greatest snipers in this whole damn place, I bet I can easily take out any of you easily with my sniper and not blink a damn eye. All I'm asking if for me to get my bag, hell send it up here if you like! I think I have earned five fucking seconds to talk!" Ruby yelled, clearly letting her temper take over now.

Storm sighed and snapped her fingers, a single pony coming up. "Go fetch her bag, third door on the right main compound." She ordered before the pony scrambled off. "Fine I'll give you a chance to defend, although first you need to relax your temper got you in trouble before." She started, before dropping her voice so no one else could hear. "I don;t want it getting you in more trouble with Gawd." She stated just softly enough for Ruby to hear, the gryphon in question looking at her with a bit of anger. Death threats were not a good idea there/
