Puffy Cops and Robbers (private)

The two of them had soon found themselves in possibly the most unexpected of places they could end up in. They had in fact found themselves on a sidewalk of a perfectly normal looking city.

Carmelita once more gave a look of confusion. "And what pray tell is supposed to be so scary about this?" She tapped her foot in annoyance.

"Oh you'll see dear, you'll see."

[Astrello]

"Oh, dear I don't like the sound of that. Hurry Carmelita, my love, we need to get out of here! No telling what our captors may be planning for us," I say trying to figure out where we are.

[sonicmixer]

"Oh I don't think that won't do any good." The voice laughed. "No matter where you go, you're powerless to escape."

[Astrello]

"We'll find a way to escape and when we do you'll pay! We won't give up, no matter what. Come Carmelita, my love, lets find a way out of here," I say offering her my paw, before slowly standing up.

[sonicmixer]

(I don't remember him ever calling her "my love")

"Fine." She grunted as she stood up annoyed. "As long as you stop calling me that."

The voice simply laughed more. "Be my guest to try."

OOC: I'm not sure either, but they do have affections toward one another. "Oh, umm sorry Carmelita, I don't know what I was thinking. Anyway how do you think we should go about this? From what our captor said this that we see around us is not real. Where we really are, I don't know," I say scratching my head as I think.

[sonicmixer]

"Hmm.." Carmelita said as she felt the gravelly sidewalk. "Sure feels real enough.. But it does seem best to keep on your toes. Chances are that there'll be a trap laying around every corner." She got a good look around and took note of all the visible sights. "Alright might as well check one of these places out. "Where do you wish to go first? That pawn shop? That museum? Or that school?"

[Astrello]

"Hmm, I think the school would be our best bet, then we'll move onto the other. Be alert for traps, Carmelita, I doubt our captor or captors are going to just sit back and watch. We must be cautious with each step we tred," I say looking around before heading with Carmelita, towards the school.

[sonicmixer]

"Thank you mr obvious." Carmelita rolled her eys as they walked to their destination.
Soon enough they arrived inside the biulding. Oddly enough there didn't seem anything wrong on the first glance. It just looked like an ordinary school hallway.
"Again, I'm still skeptical about whether the person who is holding us here has any sense of foreboding." She rolled her eyes.

I nod but remain cautious. Who knows what our captors may have planned? My ears twitch as I listen and my eyes glint as I scan the area.
