anumber of juvenile delignquents are offfered the chance to take part in an experimental reform program and are acepted as volenterers but not alll of them are , its this programs that makes hard angrey girls and boys and turns them into happy 5 yearolds follwoing a specially designed programto get the best out of the volenteersand help them bond with carers and repsect authrority.
