RWBY: Weiss's Bet (Private with Naru-Chan)

It had been a mostly normal morning in Team RWBY's room. Blake had elected to go to the Library and Yang decided to go with her to 'keep her company' as she put it. As it was a Weiss wanted to sleep in and had requested that she not be disturbed, but because it was a Saturday Ruby was up with the sun and had startled poor Weiss out of her bed. "Why do you keep on doing that?" The heiress haughtily asked. She could not understand how someone could be so inconsiderate of another persons sleep habits. "This was suppose to be a morning I could sleep in, but no. YOU had other ideas." Weiss did not have many opportunities, any really, to have a day to herself or sleep in when she was at home in Atlas. Due to her upbringing going to Beacon was her chance to make her own choices for once. "Well what do you have to say for yourself? Or are you just going to stand there looking at me?" She waited for Ruby to respond. "I have an Idea Ruby. How a bout a little friendly bet." She stated calming down now. "If I can go an entire day without being mad you have to stop waking me up on the weekends..and sleep in with me." Weiss stated then thought of something knowing Ruby would always be awake early. "If you can go the entire day without sweets I will be willing to let you get up early so long as you don't disturb me." She then waited to See if the girl would accept her terms.

Ruby grinned "You want to bet are you sure, you might lose Weiss don't take this the wrong way but I will win. You can barely control your Anger because to you everything has to be perfect for you Ruby frowned a bit, you act like your a princess just because your next in line run your father's company. Winning this bet will be easy for me so I accept your bet, " she held out hand o Weiss to seal the deal.

Weiss didn't like the confident attitude that Ruby had about this. "I don't loose." She stated with her arms crossed looking rather confident herself. "There is no way you are wining over me." She was a little miffed by the next comment. "Princess? I'm not royalty I'm and heiress it's completely different and for your information.." Weiss paused as she was approaching an angry tone without even realizing it. "Yes I am an heiress to my father's company. It's not a role I chose Ruby." Weiss stated more calmly than before. She looked down at her feet as if they held the answer. "Your on Rose!" Weiss took the girl's outstretched hand and gave it a firm shake.

"Whatever Weiss winning this bet will be like taking candy from a baby and princess and heiress they are a bit the same to me. Weiss wasn't quite sure how to process Ruby's comment, but figured the girls was just trying to get her mad so she would lose the bet before it even started. "I see how you could think and heiress is like a princess, but I'm not a baby." Weiss stated calmly. After hearing that she got everything she wanted growing up, "That isn't even remotely true Ruby. A lot of my choices were made for me.." She stated firmly. "It was hardly paradise." She then gave some thought to the terms of the bet ignoring the spoiled comment. "If I can go an entire day without being mad you have to stop waking me up on the weekends..and sleep in as I do." Weiss stated then thought of something knowing Ruby would always be awake early. "Unless you have a better idea?" She asked awaiting Ruby's response.

Ruby took a step back in pure shock"A day without any sweet's you can't be Serious Weiss" she took a deep breath trying to stay calm. "I don't know if I can do that, " she thought. Suddenly feeling very nervous "Co..come on We.. Weiss you know I gotta have something sweet once a day, " she stuttered. But the look in Weiss was Serious about this. "This is going to be hard, " she thought.

Weiss was pleased with this addition. "You still so sure you'll win Ruby?" Weiss asked a rather Cheshire cat grin on her face. "Those are the rules. I'd understand if you wanted to forfeit now." Weiss said haughtily with her arms crossed. "Now you know how I've felt going without my extra sleep on weekends." She said looking down at Ruby as you would when scolding a child.

"I..I accept your terms Weiss schnee" Ruby answered with what little confidence she had now. "This is going a tough challenge for me, but Yang taught me to never back down no matter what" Ruby smiled. Now, since this is a Serious bet why don't we go to Blake and Yang and have them make a little contract what do you say to that Huh? Or are you going to be a chicken and give up. "Ha there is no way she will agree to that," she thought.

Weiss wasn't surprised Ruby accepted, but she could tell the girl wasn't feeling quite as confident as she was earlier. "Good now.." Weiss was cut off at the mention of a contract. The Idea that ruby wanted to more formally or even legally bind them both tho the agreement did make her hesitate. 'She can't be serious' She thought. "ssh Sure we can do that.. Do I need to call my lawyer?" Weiss mostly asked herself looking at the wall a hand behind her head with the other at her side.

"What?" Ruby was confused for a bit. "We don't need a stupid Lawyer, we got Blake," she grinned. So what do you say. Yes or no about the contract if your not comfortable with it we can forget about it I guess. I know when the contract is brought up it brings up bad memories for you I'm sorry" I just wanted you to know I won't back and that I'm Serious about this" she muttered loud enough for Weiss to hear.
