Unfortunately for Weiss, that answer soon revealed itself as Purple Heart went and, while still holding onto Weiss, opened up the closet. Inside were baby clothes of varying shapes, types, and colors...but still clothing intended for babies to wear instead of a young woman like her. Rompers, onesies, cute shortalls, sundresses to short to hide any diaper worn...it seemed that Neptune had spared no expense in stocking up the heiress's new wardrobe. "Okay, lets get you started on your new life as my baby getting you dressed up!" Neptune happily and warmly told Weiss with a smile on her face. "Any idea what you want to wear? If not...I think I'll let you wear a cute shortall and shirt combo. You'd be so adorable wearing it!" She then told Wiess maybe a bit too eagerly as she really was looking forward to dressing Weiss up cutely, though she would take anything she said about what she wanted to wear into consideration.

Though this also had Weiss remember that she was going to poop the moment that Purple Heart put her down...which she would have to to get Weiss dressed up. Maybe, just maybe, if Weiss told her about it then Neptune might take some mercy on her and try to help her use the toilet...that might have been a bit a longshot though even if Neptune was perfect in the amount of help she was able to offer her. Still...if she let shyness win and said nothing to her about it then it was crystal clear to the heiress what was about to happen to her in a few seconds.

Weiss looked into the closet and gulped. She was redder than a tomato over all of the baby clothes she was seeing. There was no way she wanted to wear any of those but knew that she had little say in this. The only think she had a say in was what she wanted to wear and what Neptune said sounded like the best thing to her. "W-we'll go with that," she answered. The heiress just wanted to get this part over with but a pressing issue was still gnawing at Weiss' mind.

There was that one issue where Weiss needed to use the bathroom. Badly she wanted to avoid soiling herself and she would always do whatever possible to avert that but wasn't sure if Purple Heart would even let her use the bathroom at this point. Maybe with enough prep time Weiss could stave off that embarrassing moment just long enough to make it. Maybe she could last five seconds or even ten seconds if Purple Heart took her hand off of her padded butt. Weiss had to try, though. She just had to.

"B-before we st-start," Weiss spoke up, "I....er....need to go....real bad. C...can you pl...please let me use the bathroom before you start dressing me up?"

Purple Heart heard Weiss out and told her "Oh, okay. No problem. I didn't think you had that much ability to hold onto it but I'll let you go if you can. Let's go to the bathroom and you can show me just how good you are at using the potty!" However since Weiss didn't tell her that she was only able to hold on due to how Neptune herself was stopping the flow with the pressure she put onto her padded rear, Neptune didn't even think that as a possibility. Which, unfortunately for the heiress, meant that Neptune set Weiss back down onto her feet and took her hand to lead her to the bathroom. However the bathroom was more than a few seconds away from them, which was long enough to doom Weiss into having to mess her diaper before she could even get to the toilet...and with it her hopes that Neptune would think that she was capable enough to ever use the toilet from this point onwards.

Weiss was actually relieved that Purple Heart was even allowing the girl a chance to even use the bathroom. She had thought that the woman was gonna completely restrict her from the toilet at all. As long as her butt was held firmly Weiss knew that she would definitely make it. Sadly that wouldn't be the case as the white-haired noticed that she was being set down to the ground.

Once on her feet, Weiss gulped as she prepared herself as Neptune slowly lifted her hand off of the girl's padded butt. Even if she could hold off the accident for a maximum of ten seconds Weiss knew it wouldn't be anywhere near enough to make it to the bathroom in time. All of this happening before she had a chance to utter a syllable towards Purple Heart. "Wait, wait, you shouldn't let go of me like that ye-" she tried to warn Neptune, hoping to could save Weiss in time. Unfortunately time was something the heiress no longer had as the next thing she knew she could feel the seat of her diaper getting rather warm. Weiss clammed up as her face completely turned red, her diaper starting to sag down a bit as the girl uncontrollably messed herself.

Neptune listened intently to whatever Weiss was going to say before the heiress suddenly stopped talking. Next thing she knew, she noticed as Weiss started to turn red in the face. Kind of getting a suspicion of what happened, she lightly hugged Weiss all while taking her free hand to check the white haired woman's diaper. "...As I thought, you weren't able to hold it. I guess that means that you aren't ready to use the potty yet." Purple Heart let out so that Weiss could hear her, lightly informing her that she deemed it for the best if she didn't let Weiss try to use the toilet until she showed that she was ready for it. "Well lets get you changed since we were already heading to the bathroom. I'm sure you'll feel better once you're in a fresh diaper." She then told her as she lead her towards there.

Once they arrived, Neptune would pull out one of the new diapers that she had gotten for Weiss to wear with baby block and rattles and pacifiers of different colors as the prints for them. It was on the thicker end as well, too. "Okay Weiss, lay down on the changing table for me and I'll get you all cleaned up." Purple Heart then told Weiss quite warmly as she would let the heiress do that on her own while she was getting the things she needed to change Weiss's messy diaper with.

Weiss flustered as she helplessly pushed her load right into her diaper. When she was done the padding was visibly sagging as Purple Heart checked the girl. Frowning, Weiss would waddle along the woman, knowing full well that this was her only chance at the bathroom. No way would Neptune would even give the heiress another shot any time soon after that spectacular fail.

Once inside the bathroom Weiss would glance at the prints of the diaper and her face immediately turn red. Knowing the drill the girl climbed onto the changing table and laid down with a squish. It didn't even bother her much, mainly since this wasn't even her first messy diaper. All that was on her mind was that she wanted Purple Heart to make this diaper change quick.

Thankfully for Weiss, Neptune seemed to get the memo and and quickly worked to get her out of the dirty diaper and into a fresh one. Well, as quickly as she could at least considering that she was still learning how to change diapers in general. It was clear that Purple Heart was putting on a brave face to deal with the stinky load that the heiress had left inside her diaper and her mushy butt cheeks, but she powered through it so that Weiss would get perfectly cleaned.

Once Neptune had done bit of wiping to the point of getting her butt completely clean and pushing the used diaper aside, it was rather simple to put her onto the fresh diaper and tape it onto her. With that done, she helped Weiss off the table onto the floor on her feet...before then quickly taking her out of her clothes without a warning. "There, now you're ready to get dressed into one of your new outfits. You'll be so adorable!" She told Wiess as she picked her up and carried the young woman through the hallways back to her nursery.

Once they were back there, Purple Heart wasted no time in setting Weiss onto the floor and getting her dressed into the pastel pink frilled shirt with the pastel blue shortalls with a big butterfly-embroidered pocket on the chest of it worn over her diaper. "So what do you think?" Neptune then asked Weiss as she turned her around to face the mirror so that the white-haired woman could gaze at herself in the mirror. Along with everything else she may think about it, it did everything it could to make her look like she was a big toddler, she did notice that the shortall did help hide her diaper...to a point. If she looked closely enough, she could see that her crotch area did look oddly padded but otherwise it might be one of the better options she had to even hide her diaper at this point as the shorts area of the shortall did otherwise completely hide it from view of others. Not herself though, as all it took her was to look down through the shortall's gaps to visually get a reminder of her padded state.

Weiss didn't even utter a syllable during the entire diaper change. How could she after soiling herself right next to Neptune, someone she had only just met today? The only good thing about this change was that it had happened quick. Her butt was all cleaned up, the fresh diaper quickly being taped around her. Once she was set onto her feet the white-haired would blush hard as her clothes were immediately yanked off.

"H-hey, what are you doing?!" Weiss squeaked as she covered her chest, blushing hard as she was picked up and carried into the hallway, prompting her to repeat her question. "What are you doing?!" she whined, her face completely red.

By the time she was returned to the nursery the girl's face turned a whole-new shade of red, worried if anyone had seen her like that. She just stared at the floor the whole trip back to this room, not wanting to risk making eye contact with a complete stranger. Being dressed in the clothes that Purple Heart picked out did help Weiss a lot but she was still flustered as she looked at herself in the mirror. Well it did hide her diaper just a bit so the girl was fine with that. "It...it looks good," the girl meekly answered, patting her crinkly butt a bit.

Purple Heart just let out a chuckle to herself over seeing how cutely Weiss patted her crinkly butt as she got used to the new clothing. "That's good. Now then, what do you want to go do now that we got all that done? This room was set up with some toys if you want to play with those." With that said, Neptune pointed to the toys around the room and even the toy box in the corner of the room that were no doubt filled with mainly toys on the babyish end of things. "Though if that doesn't seem appealing to you then we can go do something else. Whatever you'd like to do really. In fact...I wouldn't say no if you wanted to head outside for whatever reason or if you just want to get to know the city better while you're staying here."

Weiss was still flustery as she tried to deal with the babyish outfit she was donned in. The white-haired was glad that none of her friends back home were seeing her like this, especially Ruby. She didn't even want to think of that girl's reaction if she was ever seen like this. Of course being paraded about in front of complete strangers was also a humiliating fate for Weiss so she immediately waddled to the toys by the corner of the room. "I think I'll stay here for a bit," she answered, sitting down with loud crinkles and a cute blush.
