Jade nodded "if you say so mommy" she said not entirely convinced.

Jenah sighs and tells the truth. Pressing a button on the wall she uncovers an electronic map of the entire complex and monitoring computers emerge from the floor. Turning to face Jade she speaks.

"This is my job, my dear. I monitor and alert the facility of any dangers/threats that I see. Though I also do the other things too. I just didn't tell you the full truth because well you may not think that it is safe."

Jade nods "I don't care about if it is safe, I just wanna know that I'm safe, that I won't be hunted by some rogue being that wants me dead" she says.

Jenah smiles and looks briefly at the map before shaking her head.

"Nope there's nothing to worry about my dear. So did you enjoy the movie, sweetie," she asks scratching Jade behind her ears and under her chin.

Meanwhile my office is empty but all kinds of heavy security envelope it as well as around it. Far away the alarms of a science facility go off. Inside the building I clutch my prize. Normally a criminal would want backup but I am fine on my own. Two security guards see a shadow and open fire. I laugh as smoke envelopes the entire place. The guards fall without even knowing what it was that hit them. I contently continue on my way, a core of somekind safely stored in a pouch at my side.

"Yea mommy" she says relaxing in her mommy's arms not suspecting a thing as she's too out of focus to even detect the situation that is adding up quickly.

Within the science facility I slip into a ventilation shaft and start making my way to my exit. The guards some while back slowly begin to stir. They set off the alarm but I am already most of the way to my exit, with my prize safely in a pouch at my side. Just to be safe I place a time gas bomb in the main ventilation shaft before continuing on.

Jenah kisses Jade on the forehead and strokes her as she relaxes.

"You want to take a nap with momma, sweetie," she asks.

Jade shakes her head and looks at the toys and crawls to them before starting to play with them.

Jenah smiles and joins Jade playing with her, with the toys, giggling at how cute, her kit is.

Jade happily plays with the toys enjoying her new life but always thinking of her old life.
