A Ex Intelligence Officer who opened up the Katori Foster Home along with his Sister after his parents died in a boating acedent and left them a the HUGH family home and a sizable bank account .... not wanting to sell the family home and property that had been in the family for near to 400 years, but was way to large for just the 2 of them to use and nether one are married, both wishing to have a family decided to open up the family home to other children who have no other place.
Both Akito and his sister were brought up under a strong mother with very strong beliefs in how children should be brought up and disciplined who felt a punishment should always fit the crime in some fashion . and who loved to use baby punishments any chance she could get .... Usually on the boys more than the girls Akito pledged this time around it would be equal treatment for both boys and girls this has all most been a tradition in this house for last few hundred years....
