Yes that is definitely Endeavor." Aizawa said crossing is arms with a yawn, "What should we do with him?" He asked the world's number 1 hero. "Do we take him to his family, to the hero clinic, try and find recovery girl?" He listed some options off of things the could do for the regressed hero

All Might turned to him. “I already met with Recovery Girl before. While I was getting my burn patched up, I asked her a few things about age regression quirks and whether her quirk could counteract those, but..unfortunately, there’s nothing she can do. Her ability heals physical wounds inside and out, and can help stave off illnesses, but this isn’t an injury of any sort nor is it an illness, so she can’t be of help.” He admitted, rubbing his head. “I’ve tried contacting his family, and it doesn’t seem like anyone has time on their hands to take care of him or..wants to take care of him, frankly, so...the hero clinic is our best bet, I think.”

Ok." Aizawa said nodding his head as All Might explained why two of the options would work, both of them making sense to him, especially the one about his family not wanting to take him. "Ok we'll have to get him there fast." He said

All Might nodded in agreement when Aizawa said they’d have to get him there fast. “I agree! Should we go right now, then?” He wondered, as the toddler shot daggers at him and blurted out, “Of course we go now, you-you dumb rabbit-ears hero! You stupid-head!” All Might would’ve taken him out the door but didn’t want another kick to the chest, instead admonishing him gently,
“None of that, Enji. No swearing.” as he walked out the door, motioning for Aizawa to follow behind him, bounding for the doors and walking through them, “-like a normal person!” as he was so fond of boasting. The toddler, meanwhile, rolled his eyes and pretended to gag.

Aizawa rolled his eyes along with the toddler and lifted him up and carried him along taking him out of the room, then to his car, "Crap I can't take him I don't have a carseat." The man said remembering that

“Don’t worry about a car seat, Aizawa-san! Recovery Girl was kind enough to provide me with one, she said something about wanting us to get good use out of it.” All Might declared, getting it out. He helped install it into the car using the instruction manual that she’d given him with the car seat while the toddler watched in boredom. He installed it next to Aizawa because the man was the one little Enji tolerated the most.

Aizawa looked just as bored as Enji as they waited for the carseat to be installed and was ready to start walking away but thankfully he finished just in time.
"Finally." Aizawa grummbled and sat E hi in the carseat and began to buckle him in

Enji squirmed as he was buckled into the car seat, his face red with embarrassment. He did wind up getting secured into the seat, pouting and squirming uncomfortably, but that didn’t mean he had to like it. He did giggle a bit when Aizawa spoke, smiling to himself. His diaper crinkled as he swung his legs, looking around, peering out the window as All Might got into the front seat of the car.
All Might chose to ignore that statement, instead rolling his eyes. He did smile when the toddler giggled; he’d never seen Endeavor crack a genuine smile before, so this was a rare sight. He started driving off to the hero clinic, and when he got there he parked in a reserved spot right near the front. “We’re here, Aizawa-san, Enji-kun!” The man declared, unbuckling himself and getting out of the car.

Aizawa glared at the boy when he was laughed at, not finding it funny. First off a toddler trying to make fun of him for having to do something he never done before. And secondly him still having the mind of a adult and squirmed fighting just to get into a carseat.
"About Time." The man said, pulling his head up and opening his eyes. He was trying to get a quick nap in but as the trip wasn't any more then 10 minutes all he managed to do was get drozy.

Enji’s eyes filled up with tears when Aizawa glared at him, and his lower lip quivered. He turned red in the face, tears streamed down his flushed cheeks, and All Might tried in vain to calm him down after getting out of the car. “Enji-kun, please don’t cry! You’re okay, nothing bad happened!” He assured the crying toddler, who continued to sob, entire body trembling. All Might looked incredibly uncomfortable, trying and failing to calm down the little guy.
