Hank gave the woman's hand a warm squeeze and smiles."Don't worry... I'm prettty good at taking care of myself." Hank offered a confident smile. "Oh a to go bottle? I guess that's a unique memento of my visit." Hank laughed merrily and got up from the seat and paid the bill and left a generous tip. "Thanks again for the directions and the hospitality." Hank patted the woman on the shoulder and rumbled happily. "I'll be sure to stop in when I leave... so I can let you know what I find." Hank made his way back out to his van and began driving down into the abandoned location.

As the drive went on a strange single would be getting picked up by Hank almost sounding like a distress call of some sort but in an almost nursery sounding beat to it even the radio started to be nothing but the signal as it got clearer a loop would be noticeable of the signal though its also seems to have a voice trying to speak mechanical at that almost sounding like it needs aid

Hank drove down towards 'Regression Hills' after putting on the T-Shirt that he bought to pair with his X-Speedo. Hank blinked at the strange signal picked up by the radio. "Odd." He mumbled a bit. Hank glanced at the bottle the strange old lady had given him and tasted it as he drove. Blushing some at seeing himself nursing on the bottle in the rearview mirror even as he drove down to the location she'd marked on the map for him. "Clearly whoever is down here needs some help." Hank kept an eye out for any signs of life as he made his way through the abandoned town.

Sadly Hank has found a 'whats' distress call both to lure in people and to get repares aswell as maintenance done though if he goes to the bunker the door, for now, will be unlocked and in it tech thats still in use and some he never have seen before . Though what may be interesting if he did open the door is the seemingly machine eye suspended on what a metal rotating beam that can move aswell , it might even remind Hank of that one game Jubilee played namely ''portal'' aswell as what looks like a old nanny/maid robot from old looney Toons cartoons doing what it can to clean the place up.


''Oh my it took the repairman long enough your pay will be deducted 99.99 percent for several years late in getting here'' would come from the 'vioce' from the eyebot thing when it noticed Hank if he entered of course this will make the bot try having Hank hurry along

Due to the state of the town Hank had to leave his vehicle and make the rest of the way to the bunker on foot. He had a backpack of tech and tools with him in case they'd come in handy for whatever he found at the location of the distress signal. Hank easily managed to get the bunker door in and made his way inside... sniffing at the air in an attempt to catch if there was anyone live in here.

"Repairman?" Hank asked as the eyebot acknowledged his presence. "Right... sorry about the delay. Your request for repairs fell behind a desk." Hank offered a bit of a cheeky smile. "Is there anyone else here? I could use a hand getting your systems up and fully operational. A status report would be great also." Hank noted as he crossed his arms and hoped for at the very least some intel on the project.

''The facility fleshling staff has been on leave waiting for the repairs to be finished, in the meantime myself and my fellow machine staff have been carrying on best we can'' Of course this would mean either the bunker was meant to be closed for awhile or the usual government lacky taking pay and not shutting the place down so as to get more money.'' Nanny-tron version 2.0 will be your guide intel giver and caretaker while here . She is a little outdated but her later models are busy elsewhere ''Of course Hank is and will be in the dark till its too late on the truth of what is planned as it'll let Hank repair the place but then make him a resident.

'' Facility 99.01 percent in need of repairs and recoding in all parameters and update on gifted activity to better learn how to care and identify them for acceptance in the world'' Suddenly came from the so called Nanny-Bot pushing Hank along

"It's a good thing the higher ups found your repair order then. It sounds like someone really dropped the ball. I'll be sure to have them properly reprimanded upon my departure." Hank was doing his best to play along for now... not wanting the machine to think he was anything more than a repairman for now. "Nanny-Tron 2.0?" Hank asked as he glanced over at the machine after the eyebot introduced her. "No problem. The vintage models always seem much pleasing to the eye."

Hank let out a soft grunt to the Nanny-Bot as it proceeded to encourage him to hurry along. "Maybe I should run a diagnostic on your main computer's protocol commands. Make sure that it's systems are not compromised." Plus that way he could also find out exactly the nature of this facility. "Gifted activity? You mean like mutants." Hank perked a brow at the nannybot. "Do you have any subjects on premises?" He worried a bit what the project might be doing to them. And also made a mental note to not allow or submit to anything properly scanning him going forward. Just in case.

''Bad word Mutant is'' The Nanny-tron say waving a machine clamp hand like one would a finger reprimanding someone'' system rescan is not on order , you must contact the head of gifted resources and funding to get permission '' of course Hank should be aware at one time the mutant mutant resource and funding department was truly for aiding mutants but over time it got corrupted into an Anti-mutant type of thing from specific people getting into it

''None are here in the facility all have been returned to family '' seeing as its a robot it can lie without being detected and the thing is its indeed a lie as the place has keep bringing mutants and metahumans into the facility despite not having humans around. Thing is most of them get set up in town after awhile or not ever leave this place and the bodies taken elsewhere for the town to handle. Its how the town has operated and stayed around for so long granted only a select few know this that aren't towns folk


Despite this all first things listed off are rather mundane repair work any regular repairman would work on and then possibly an interesting and maybe even somewhat worrisome factor is the reactor control room needs some repairs though the rooms set up shows why this place still has power its a self-contained off the grid reactor so as to keep things running without worry of regular power being cut

"It's not a bad word... most tend to use it these days to take the power back from it." Hank offered as he perked a brow to the strange robot and it's similar objection to the old woman from the nearby motel and gas station. "It's actually a new requirement of maintenance protocol to ensure all systems are fully functional." Hank offered, continuing to try to get deeper access to the facility in order to learn more about the experiments that had been going on here previously.

Hank had no clue about any of the things the bot was attempting to conceal. But did look over the repair work that needed to be done... surprised that much of it seemed fairly mundane compared to the sophistication of the facility. "You're having trouble with your reactor? That's concerning. This is why I said I should check your computer systems. That's a major concern compared to the mundane repairs." Hank noted, again trying to get access to the computer systems.
