Padded Heroes (Private for me and Spiderman)

It was a usual Friday night in New York and the citizens were lively as ever....not much quiet anywhere you went as things were busy and the streets were always crowded. Though high above the streets on the rooftops a lone person was watching over the city standing next to a certain Gargoyle statue with a ear piece in her ear that scouted the police band frequency and was missing the company of a certain web slinger. This person was none other than Black Cat, aka Felicia Harding, though no one knew that as she had to keep her identity a secret for safety of her loved ones and her family. After about an hour of just sitting there she decides to go on patrol around the city looking to see if anything is going on that the police might not know about....that is when she hears over the police scanner that there was a break in at the pharmaceutical wing of Oscorp, hearing this she quickly changes direction and makes her way to the building hoping to get a drop on the criminal or criminals before the cops get there and the criminal escapes or worse and ppl get injured or killed

Meanwhile not too far away the webslinger that Black Cat was looking known as Spiderman aka Peter Parker was dealing with your common late night muggers while hanging them upside down on a light post for the police to deal with when they showed up as he was taking pictures of himself using his camera that was set up in the corner taking pictures using a timer that he was going to make sure to put on old J Jonah Jamison's desk tomorrow at the Daily Bugle so that he could pay him with what little money that he gave him so that he could print pics of him in order to slander him by portraying him as being a villain just like old pickle puss always does.

When the police came to pick up the muggers my spider sense went off as some other cop cars went whizzing by and I thought my goodness a superhero's night is never over as I shot out my webbing and began to websling through the story night's like tarzan through a metal jungle of mess and metal using the powers he got from being bit by a genetically enhanced super spider that gave spider like powers that he enhanced with homemade web blasters that shott out the webbing he needed to use his powers to protect innocent people and people he loved. Then he finally got to what was causing his spider sense to go off the building of oscop was exploding. As he was wedslinging to oscop to save people he saw black cat flying by and he yelled out hey kitty nice to see you are still keeping yourself busy.

-BC stayed active doing what she was there to do saving some innocents and making sure no debree fell on anyone...after that was done she told everyone the way to get out and took one of the water fountains and smashed it stopping most of the fire to that sector of the building buying them some time- I'mma go down more and see about getting to the bottom of this. i would talk more webslinger, though this is not the time. *Cat shoots her zip line toward the roof and catapults herself up to an air duct remembering most of the structure having been there quite a while and enters into the one that would bring her straight to the central computer room so that she can find out what exactly is going on from the security cameras and giggles a little as this reminded her more of a slide and she would have fun if she wasn't in danger right now of the building being blown up*

Realizing that BC was right that now was not the time to talk but the time to act Spiderman used his webbing to stop falling debris by creating a web net for them and swinging by to pick up some of the people caught in the rubble, fire, and gases and get them to safety all the while thinking of all the terrible things that had happened to him in this building at the hands of Norman Osborn when he was dressed up as the green goblin such as the time he killed one of his best friends named Stacy Gwen or the time he made a clone of Spiderman named Ben Riley and convinced him that in face he himself was the clone. So many bad memories from this one building Peter thought as he continued to use his spider sense to look through the surroundings in order to find out what person or thing could have caused this destruction.

*BC was down to the middle of the building having found a central computer room that had video surveillance of the entire building from top to bottom......in there she uses what computer skills she knows to look around finding what was going on from the last hour til now when the call came out on the police scanner. after a while of looking she spots the cause of it being in one of the labs that was testing something she hasn't heard of before and knew that it would be bad if any type of gas got out hurting ppl or killing ppl. before doing that though she jumps on the intercom* Spidey, i found out that the cause of this whole fire and building about to blow up business started in the west wing in a room that isn't showing up on the building's original specs. Whoever was using the lab was messing with some new type of chemical that is spread through the air in gaseous form. join me when you are able to, if not...then i will beat you to it yet again. -you can hear giggling a little as she leaves the room and heads off down the halls fast on her way to the lab-

Before BC even told Spiderman over the sound system Spiderman used his spider sense in order to find the room where the gas was going off in order to find out why and hope that the gas would not cause any side effects if either he or BC came across it. Not if I get to it first Black Cat spiderman playfully said as he ran as websling as fast as he could while trying to save as many people as possible until he got to buildings west wing and found a door that said youthanizer on the front of it. Youthanizer???? that is the last thing we need for somebody from this company creating thinking about how creates like the vulture have benefited from finding a way to get younger and the possibility of Norman Osborn getting that power or somebody in Oscorp sent shivers down Peter's spine. After thinking of that Spiderman used his spider strength to try and open the door while waiting for the black cat and keeping in mind what kind of gas that was going off in the lab behind the door that was setting his spider sense off like crazy.

*Black Cat smiled some getting to the room on the other end of the lab and knew not to break in just so yet as she had set the vents to suck out the gas in the room routing it to another part of the building where it wouldn't be able to get out....after about 15 minutes though most of the gas was out the room and she hears a door on the other side of the room being broken into* That must be Spidey, i didn't see anyone else strong enough to break a door like that with how it sounded. -not wanting to lose and hoping most of the gas was out to where nothing would happen to her since she saw the same thing " youthanizer " on the door she was at and enters...once inside she quickly takes a few of the workers that were unconscious in hazmat type suits and takes them to safety before coming back into the room...once this was done she spots a computer there and the results of the gas and how it was made was on the screen- Spidey...come take a look at this, i believe this is what we will need for a cure just in case some of the gas escapes...then destroy the file so no one else would get it and try to use it. *all the gas didn't escape and she breathes some of it in and shivers some...though she didn't think too much of it and tries not to show it as this isn't the time to worry bout being cold*

Spiderman opens the door and notices that some of the gas is gone and gets some of the workers in the hazmat suits out of the lab before he sees BC looking at the computer that shows what the gas in the lab was being used for by showing how it was first being used on mice first and then chimps that were all extremely old and suffering all of the health problems that came with it and after exposure to the gas they not only got younger but all of the health problems that they suffered from because of old age were gone as well and it was getting ready to be used for human trials very soon. Then my spider sense went off as I tried to avoid the gas that was escaping and using my webbing to clog up the vents that were letting out the gas but some of it still getting out and Spiderman ending up getting exposed to some of it just like BC and he coughed a little but for the most part tried to make sure he didn't cough to much so he looked tough in front of BC.

Well I hope that there is a cure on that computer BC just in case somebody got exposed to it because since it has not been tested on humans who knows what it could do to somebody with a human anatomy considering people don't have as strong an immune system as chimps do it could be dangerous.

*BC nodded looking at him and with the vents now clogged the crisis was being, in a way, adverted....after about ten minutes of looking around the room and not finding any trace of workers or ppl that were trying to hide in closets or small compartments she walked back over to Spider-man and started looking at the screen hardly understanding most of what was on it except for small bits and pieces* so umm...Spidey, anything here on a cure....it would be a good idea to have in case some of the gas does find a way out of the building. the gas so far, has been routed to a room where the gas should evaporate and no longer pose a threat, but we still don't know if the ppl here are okay and if one or two or affected, can the results be contagious in some way. -BC was talking about it quite eagerly as she felt kinda cold for a bit and dizzy at times but didn't want to say it was the gas or speculate on something she doesn't have all the facts of yet-

My spider sense went off as the vent in the boiler room exploded and fired started to fill up the room. Well it doesn't look like we have a long time before this place gets engulfed in flames Black Cat, good thing I remembered this I say as I pull out a usb drive and plug it into the computer. This should allow me to download the information on this computer and look it up later on to try and find a cure. After about ten minutes the information is loaded and the place nearly completely engulfed in flames as spiderman uses his spider sense to find a vent above them. Hurry lets use that vent to get out of here before this place is burned to a crisp and us along with it. I go and break open the vent to go through it just barely escaping the flames.
