Digimon Season 1
Anyone pick up the dvd to season one of Digimon yet? Came out last week, waiting on mine in the mail now. Going to be awesome, I always thought the first season was great. Then again the last time I saw season one of Digimon was when it played as a Saturday morning cartoon so many years ago. I really hope my nostalgia glasses won't be completely destroyed when the dvd comes in.

The good old days when you actually had to wake up an watch a show when it came on. If you missed a show on a Saturday morning that was it. No catching the episode online, there was no online. I'm sure it is hard for some to imagine a time without the infinite access of the internet.

yep. and if you had internet it took for ever to load a single page, forget about watching videos. i miss the sound of dial up, it was the best sound of the mid 1990's. our satellite tv dish was almost as big as the house >.< it was a monster.

I'm ok with that. I grew up listening to the English dub. Not sure I can even imagine those characters without their distinctive voices I grew accustom to. It would of been nice to include the original Jap voice-over for those who are interested, but it is not a deal breaker for me.

The playstation games were inresting; however, I enjoied the gameboy game a lot more. I never owned the tamogotchi device.
Back to the tracks, I don't really care either I just pointed that out in case they were toes who are curious. I wounder if the same company will re-release sailor moon because I havn't eard of them till now and toie is behind this.

Never actually got an official tamogotchi device when they were big. Parents never wanted to fork over the cash for what they saw as a waste, they were right of course, but they did get me this cheap Wall-mart knock off. I had the old PlayStation game also, pretty fun, think I still have the disk somewhere in storage. Would be nice to see a sailor moon set, not even sure I would watch all of it, but I would love to add it to my dvd collection.
