"Hello everyone. Chris McClean here and welcome to another season of Total Drama. This time we're gonna do things a bit different though. As in, totally re-shape the cast. The newest campers are coming along from the boat down the lake as we speak and soon we'll have our time in the sun. We'll introduce them, they're cry and the crap-hole we've stuck them in, yada-yada-yada and then we'll begin." Chris smirked.

"Here's how it works. The campers come and get separated into two teams. They compete in challenges that will more than most likely humiliate the snot out of them. When a team wins, they receive a reward. When a team loses, they have to go to the bond-fire and a camper gets eliminated. Here comes the boat now so, stay tuned for more Total Drama DA and OTK! Haha! Love that title!" Chris
laughed.

(Did you want to do it where the host decides who leaves based on performance so that we can keep the mystery of whose leaving suspenseful that way. Or do we let the characters vote each other off and send the votes to me by PM to keep it a secret that way?)

as the boat pulled up, two contestants were right up front. Edward elric and Shirou, to be exact.
"huh. so that's the island? looks nicer than i'd have thought.." Shirou said, to which Edward snorted. "that's the point. it may look nice, but i'd bet my automail arm that if you look deeper, it's a craphole."

Roger meanwhile was trying to clean other contestants out in a poker match. he smirked and layed down his cards "aha! full house! bob sagat, eat your heart out!" he called out arrogantly.

"AAAAAH MAN! I don't even know how to play this stupid game! Why'd I agree to do it?" Beast Boy sat across from Roger and pulled at his hair. He wanted to turn into an ape and toss it over board but that'd be unsportsman like. This counted as a sport right?

"BLEGH! Oooohhh..." Natsu was slumped over the railing, trying not to barf. "G...get me off of this thing... I... I can't take it..." He was going to hurl. Or pass out. One or the other...

"WHOOO! LAND HOOOOO!" Luffy screamed and twirled around on the bars of the ship, rather dangerously but not caring either way.

steve heard luffy and gave a groan. "finally. any longer and this rickety piece of crap would've sunk..i mean, i'd heard that this chris guy was cheep but jeez.." naruto was excited enough that he rushed to the main deck and litterally leapt from the ship to the island, with a yell of "yahoo!"goten wasn't far behind mind you, though he flew overhead.
all the while, a rather strange thing was happening right under the ship. a brown haired figure, dressed in red and black combat fatigues smirked to himself as he planted a small device with chris's face on the ship's underbelly. after swimming to the surface, he pulled out a video phone. "chris, my man..our explosive surprise for the contestants is all set for you to activate. want me to screw with 'em, or get back for the opening ceremony?" he asked, smirking all the while.

"Well, you know how impatient I tend to be." Chris smirked evilly and pressed the button. The ship exploded and send the contestants spiraling on to the beach!

Luffy slammed into the sand and sunk in deep with just his legs sticking up.

"AAAAAH! WH-WHAT! I CAN'T ST-" Conan screamed before bashing into a tree and sliding down its trunk.

"AAAAAAH!" Simon landed on his feet. "Whooo..." Alvin landed on top of him! "Whoa! I'm alive!" Theodore landed on top of HIM! "Oh thank goodness I've got meat on my bones." He smiled unaware of his brothers underneath him whom were currently seeing stars.

"I love it when we make a nice crash landing. Fireworks are the best way to start big events like these." Chris said holding up a large paddle to stop Yakko and Wakko from smacking into him! The two of them face planted into the sand and twitched on the ground.

Numbuh 4 poked his head from the sand and growled. "What's the big idea you moron! Are you trying to kill us!"

"yeah! what the hell?!" Simon, the human pilot of gurren lagann, not the chipmunk, mind you. chimed in. he was more surprised than hurt, being used to fights and explosions and such, but principles prevailed here.
ichigo was less calm, and was marching upto chris ready to pop him one.
to make his personal entrance, the figure snapped a finger, summoning a fiery portal. which he jumped into from the water, and poked his upper body out of next to chris. "ah,ah, ah! now now, kiddies..that surprise was actually from yours truly. who am i? oh, no one special..just a lucky guy who's got a chokehold on the whole powers from hell market. oh. and your co-host this season. name's omega. you're charmed, i'm sure." he stated, giving a mock bow.

"And I'm Chris. Love me babes?" Chris asked.

"You're sick and twisted and I hope you die." Mokuba growled, poking his head up from the sand.

"You're welcome. And speaking of welcomes, welcome to Camp Wawanakwa. You all are here for a very special season of Total Drama. This season we've taking you guys and placed you on this island to compete in two teams against each other. You will compete in humiliating challenges for me and their audiences amusement and widdle down your numbers through a ceremony to vote off one of your members each time your team loses. The winning team will instead be given a reward. This will be the process until one of you remains. The winner will receive cheesy taploid fame and hefty sum of 1 Million Dollars." Chris held up the suitcase.

"... Oh joy... there's so many people here... and I gotta wait until we get down to one?" Beast Boy muttered.

"What's with the heavy atmosphere. I feel charmed to be apart of this myself. Where do we sleep?" Yakko asked.

"Oh you'll each get your own cabins per team. Omega furnished them himself. So they may or may not be comfortable." Chris smirked.

Yakko crossed his arms and grumbled. "Aaaaaaah yeah. I'm starting to have second thoughts now."

"so..uh..one minute we're sailing along on the boat, and then we're literally blown to the island?
not looking good so far."

*back in current time*

robin gave a groan as he pulled himself to shore.

"ok. i'm glad i researched before i got on the boat.
that was classic revenge of the island.

luckily, i stayed close enough to the edge of the boat to jump off when i felt the explosion starting." he said somewhat smugly.

yugi popped his spiky hair out of the sand. "that was not a fun ride."

omega smirked. "oh goody. a smart one and a shrimp. i'll have fun toying with those ones. speaking of it, it's time for the first challenge, right?"

"The first challenge is the one that decides which cabin the teams get. So yes. Be prepared for it." Chris smirked. "Buuut before that, we need to put you all on teams."

Confessional - Simon: I wonder how Alvin's survival instincts work without me to bail him out of trouble.

Confessional - Luffy: I choose my own crew dammit! That's not fair.



"Everybody line up." Chris smirked.

Mokuba smirked and looked at everybody. He couldn't help a rush of deviousness wash over him.
