For the moment, things were quiet for the Hellsing Organization. Alucard's eventual return, and Sir Integra's offering to be turned to help nourish him had brought a vitality back that had been lacking for some time, especially as it, along with Alucard's absorption of Miss Van Winkle, gave her eternal youth. The former police girl, Seras, was also affected by this, as while she could not physically age, mentally she had, and this change brought her back to her teen years mentally. In the time since Alucard had returned, he had gathered Integra and Seras around him to be his family unit. It was quite needed on both ends. Integra's streesful lifestyle of cigars, coffee and tea, and little sleep had started to render her incontinent. Seras was also tormented with this because of the trauma she had been through. It was plaguing her dreams right now as she slept.

Much had changed in the organization, with Rip Van Winkle now once again able to manifest, she was new to the whole Helsing Shtick so she just did what Walter used to do, and she became the new butler. And that included new babysitting duties over Seras Victoria, a duty she didn’t understand, but who could blame her, Seras had defeated two of Millenium’s best fighters single handedly, literally. Winkle herself had used her guile to get what she wanted, but her daring escape from Alucard was something that impressed Ser Integra which got the her the awkward task of a job interview which led to her current issue. Dealing with Seras and a likely wet bed, she knocked and entered, she carried her rifle everywhere, and she found Seras in another wet bed.

"Seras, shall I...draw a bath for you?" Miss Van Winkle clearly was quite new to the experience, but got along just fine. She went to grab the sheets and have them dealt with in the laundry. The hardest part was making her voice seem very non-judgmental. She looked over at the embarrassed and clearly upset police girl.

Seras was just quiet and looking at nothing in particular, and then spoke up, “why does he do this, does master like causing all these problems? I like Vlad better then I like Alucard, at least Vlad was more the father then Alucard was. And he even called me by my name, not just police girl, I guess I can’t stay mad at him” she says, “but why the hell did he take his time?” She asked suddenly.

"I can't speak for Alucard," Miss Van Winkle said as she then drew a bath for Seras. "You do have to admit one thing. At least he's showing something more. I mean, he arranged for you to get a prosthetic arm, after all. Not just any one, the one closest to the real thing."

It was quite an unexpected gesture, to be sure.

Miss Van Winkle smiled and helped her into the tub.
