max was sitting in his stroller, he was sleeping he had been moved to the meeting room, most of the people up at the orphanage didnt like him and wanted him gone, his blond ears were perked and he was sucking on his paci, now max couldnt grow up because he had a rare genetic desease that made it almost impossible to grow up.

Kyle the agent that was hired was wait for his client he was sitting in his car in the parking lot

Louis got out of his car before walking up to the front of the steps. His wife had died recently and he wanted to make her dream come true. They were going to have children but she had died before they could. He didn't want to get just any girl pregnant so he decided to adopt.
He wanted someone who could appreciate a home. He also wanted someone who he could take care of forever so his wife's dream would live on in them.

Kyle got out "louis, i am the person who will take to the child we have wanted you to meet "now be warned he has a past that you might wanna prepare yourslef for, he is not a bad child, its mor along of his medical history" he said

Louis nodded.
"What's wrong? Is he sick or something? I don't care if he is, everybody deserves parents." he said, not caring if the kid wasn't normal. If they needed a family and a home, he would give them one.

"no not really, well he is a neko, but he has a very rare genetic desease that makes his mind like a toddler, the eeg scan on his brains has show that it would be almost impossible for him to learn, he isnt even potty trained, but he is fourteen years old" he said

Louis thought about everything Kyle had just said. He nodded.
"I'd like to see him. He sounds perfect for me." he said honestly.

"alright follow me he should be in the meeting room" he said as he took him into the orphanage into the meeting room were max was his blond tail moved and swayed as his ears went on alert

When Louis saw Max, he smiled. The boy was adorable and looked like he needed protection, just like his wife. He knelt down next to the boy slowly, not wanting to scare him.
"Hi, little man. My name is Louis. I'm going to be your new daddy."

Max yawned cutely his paci fell out "hhh hi" he said

Louis smiled a bit.
"Oops." he said, picking up Max's paci and cleaning it off on his shirt.
"Don't want to lose that, now." he chuckled, gently pushing it into Max's mouth before ruffling his hair.
