New Laws In Konoha.

Temari was walking down the path to the village of Konoha, however, she had left behind her badge of the sand village, she had come here to this village to relax and just be anonymous. She had personal reasons why she had come but they were her secrets and would remain hers, possibly to the grave. She had seen the damage the Shinobi war had done and just wanted a place to start over, to rebuild, to start over. When she came to the village she used a stealth technique to work her way to a restaurant and buy herself a meal.

(I'm assuming she still looks like Temari... given the stealth technique would just hide her outside the restaurant or she is covered or something)

Matsuki sat at the end of the bar/counter in the certain restaurant that served more meat rather than simply noodles as he was finishing a sandwich and drinking some water. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a familiar blonde that had not been there in a good while. One that he had a crush on for the longest time, but she was never alone like this. He took his time and wondered over to her at the counter. "How're you this evening?" He asks trying to be polite.

Matsuki stood at 6'1, had short dirty-blonde hair, green eyes, and wore a black vest, orange shirt, and black pants. The vest was like that of Guy sensei's, and others.

Temari feigned a smile "I'm doing fine thank you" she replied though she hoped her lie wouldn't be called as she ordered some diet ramen, though she was extremely fit she didn't like to eat non diet foods. When she received the food she seemed only to stare at it as she slowly ate as if her mood had just changed and she seems to barely have any interest in even eating anymore. She never the less finished her meal and paid for it before sitting a booth and resting her head on her arms.

Matsuki found it odd that the girl went to picking at her food before eating then moving to a booth. Nevertheless he followed her and sat across from her and reached across gently petting her head. "I don't mean to intrude or be rude to you my dear, but you seem to be upset by something or another, which isn't out of place. Would you mind chatting with me for a little while? Maybe I could help with your situation in some way"

Temari sighed "I'm fine, just, I've had a rough day, and this isn't the place to explain myself" she says as she departs and stands outside. Temari bites her lip to keep herself from tearing up at the memories of the recent Shinobi war and how many perished. "I just need a place to stay and I'll be on the road to recovery" she says to herself.

The ninja was not one to give up so easily as he followed her outside and heard what she had commented to herself. "Why don't you stay at my place? I have a guest room that is unoccupied" he says while standing behind her. "It's a private place to explain yourself as well. Lastly Temari I know who you are, so maybe I could help more than you think"

Temari's face Paled as her imagination ran wild with horrors and in spite of these maybe, just maybe it wouldn't be so bad. "Okay, I'll come, just lead me there" she said sounding passive, and maybe a bit submissive, but her dominating side had long since left her. She took he man's hand and gestured to take her to his home since she was new to the village and would need a guide or at least a map.

He was surprised she took his hand but he held it with a comforting soft grip then lead her down the streets of Konoha to his ground floor home that was two story, given his rank and his contribution to the village. He showed her the guest room and sat her down on the bed gently. "I'm glad I found you Temari, would you like to discuss things or are you looking for a place to rest and relax? I must warn you now about the new law here about bondage and other things that was passed. It's about consenting partners, but you know how well that can be manipulated" he reasons.

Temari nodded and wondered was her consent the price for her room and board, if it was did it include mental therapy as well, as she figured, from her personal demons, she needed it. "I'll explain, it's just that I'm haunted by the conclusion of the Shinobi war, the entire Earth Release team was wiped out, and added to the casualty number, and it happened under my watch" she says. "But it also includes my old life before the war, where I was pretty much a bully, self interested, cold hearted, and outright malicious" she states feeling ashamed of herself.

He sits down beside her and rubs her back gently. "That's understandable. Many of us go through hard loss and times of maturity though Temari. This sort of thing and guilt makes us cold for a while, then one life or action we pursue turns us towards a warmer life and situation. I don't know what will do that for you, but I know that with the guilt on your heart that you will save someone or something some day that turns your life from being heart stricken and will turn things around for you" he explains.

"In the mean time while you deal with it, you have to relax to open your mind to possible futures for yourself. Given that is the case, I want to try a jutsu that relaxes your mind. It's a bit of medical ninjutsu that will let me relax your fears and your body so that you can get some rest and take a fresh thought process to what is troubling you" He offers.
