This RP is set in an Equestria that's almost stereotypically cliche cyberpunk like what you'd see in "Blade Runner" or "Deus Ex: Human Revolution" (lots of cybernetic ponies, megacorporations, dirty, gritty cities, etc). Magic and technology have fused to allow augmentation.
The main plot is that diaper megacorporations have found their profits being eaten away by advanced cybernetics and medicine that allows incontinence and various other disabilities to be cured. They then collude to spike the water with something, turning everypony incontinent. The players will take the roles of either resistance fighters/hackers trying to defeat the megacorporations, a corporate mercenary, a corporate executive or any other character they can think of.
Cloudsdale is now a dirty industrial ghetto.
The large tunnels beneath the cities are home to black markets, thugs, illegal tunnel runners, etc. It's an all around unsavory place.
A high tech maglev rail line connects all cities of Equestria.
Canterlot is super clean "postcyberpunk" city with lots of glass, light and airy structures. Its tunnels are still pretty seedy.
Ponyville is the cyberpunk city mentioned in the first paragraph.
Key point: not all megacorps (even some that make and sell diapers) were part of the plot. And megacorp =/= evil or bad.

Applejack trotted down the "Sweet Apple Acres" section of her subterranean farm. This area was one of the few non-hydroponic sections here; indeed, it was intended to mimic the Sweet Apple Acres of her foalhood. The only difference was that the "sky" was an illusion - they were actually hundreds of feet underground.
But nevertheless, she sniffed deeply, inhaling the scent of rich earth. A HUD swung from her saddlebags and over her left eye. There, she saw which tree was in need of fertilizing, harvesting, pruning or other care. An alert flashed on her HUD: somepony had accidentally disconnected the nutrient line to the hydroponic carrot garden. She sighed as she felt her rear dampen and warm as her bladder gave way. Another more pungent scent entered the air as she deposited a few lumps of manure into the seat of her diaper.
"One o' these days, Ah'm gonna make those guldurned megacorps pay," she grumbled, glancing at the now sagging cloth diaper swaddling her rear. She then trotted to over to the bathroom just as another diapered pony exited.
