Matt leaned against his truck around 3PM wearing a green shirt and blue jeans as he had just rested from the morning's work at lunch. He stood at 6'1, 240lbs, black hair, and green eyes. The farm was his to work and he had crops and livestock that he always tended to, except when his crops finished growing and he could put off some work to make things easier.

For the moment though, some horses and cows were being spooked by something, so he went to his barn and walked in seeing some odd white furred animal laying down and he approached it carefully and saw it had the head of a sphinx. Not sure what was going on, he walked over seeing it having some cuts and bruises so he rubbed its shoulder to see if it were alive.

That thing he had just chosen to touch was none other than the digimon known as Nerfitimon. When he nudged her shoulder, she actually looked back at him for a few seconds before putting her head back down and passed out again. Well, at least the thing he had just found wasn't dead or trying to kill him. Although, it looked like it could really use some help.

"Well it looks female and didn't kill me so that's good" he thinks to himself as he gets under her body and lifts her like a human and holds her over his shoulder and carries her to a mattress he had to lay newborns on for comfort and laid here there. He then grabbed a first aid kit and a bucket of water with a rag and began to clean her and wrapped her wounds in gauze. Once finished he put the things away and began to pet her head waiting for her to wake.

As her wounds were cleaned by Matt, she would occasionally squirm as a response to the dull pain she was feeling from her wounds being cleaned by him. Once he stopped and waited for her to wake up as she lied on the mattress, she started to come to a little fast. She suddenly opened her eyes and looked around to room, but she did not get up. Then she saw map and immediately asked, "Who are you and where am I?"

"I'm Matt, and you're in my barn on my farm. Who and what are you?" he asks as he pet her head gently, doing his best to show her he meant no harm.

How ever, she didn't exactly give him the chance to pet her head as she immediately moved it back. Then she said after a few seconds of silence, "I'm Nefertimon. I was attacked by a group of digimon, but I managed to escape and rest in your barn. I'm sorry if I caused you any trouble and I will leave now." Even though she was still sore, she managed to get to her feet.

He grabbed her large paw in his hand and stopped her. "Wait what's a digimon? And you're not going anywhere, you're injured. I may have cleaned you up and bandaged you, but you need to eat, drink, and rest" he states as he holds her from leaving. "Come with me into my home so that you have a place to hide from the other digimon"

Nefertimon stopped in her tracks when he suddenly grabbed her leg. She was going to insist that she should leave so that no trouble would come to him. However, she didn't want to go out there and get herself either killed or wind up bringing chaos to his home anyway. Besides, hiding seemed to work pretty well for her seeing how she wasn't killed while she was sleeping last night.

So she said after her silence of what she would do, she decided to answer his question and ask him a question, "A digimon is a digital monster. Few digimon are able to come from the digital world and into reality. However, once we leave, the only way we can go back is with a tamer at our side. Now, answer me this, why do you want me to stay when you risk having them come to you?"

(I more so meant her wrist, since nefertimon is like gatomon where her paws have gloves and nefertimon's front paws are larger than her hind paws)

"Well first off, it's not everyday I get to meet a talking creature, let alone a digit mon? If that's what you said you are. But I also know when someone or some thing needs my help and you're not healed enough to go out on your own" he explains while letting her paw go then walked towards his home.

"Follow me, and tell me what you eat. What do digit mon do?" he asks still messing up the name of the creature. "Why would your kind come to our world at all?" he asks simply curious.

(Well, she does walk on all fours in the form instead of two legs, so I would call that her leg instead of wrist or hand. However, I see what you mean. Plus, I would've figured he would risk getting his hand stepped on if he was to suddenly grab her foot. I also kind of expected him to grab her tail instead, but hey, that's just me.)

Nefertimon decided to correct him once she began following him, "We're called digimon, not digitmon. Also, yes, I understand why you want to help me, but, even though we've just met, I'm worried for your safety either way. Also, some digimon leave the digital world out of curiosity while others are forced to leave under harsh living conditions in our world. I left because of the former. I wanted to know what the real world was like, but ever since I ran into that group of digimon, I've began to regret my choice." Then remembering his first question, she said, "As for what I want to eat, I don't know of any food in this realm, so I'll have to see it first if you don't mind."
