after being turned down from yet another college, a young man named, lucas, is taken to his more successful twin sisters home to move in and try to cheer up.

"lukey baby...be good to your sister okay?" his mom tells him s she knocks on the door.


"mom im not a baby so why do you talk down to me like one? i already have it bad being as clumsy as one do you have to keep milking it?" the already upset luke says wanting to just get this over with.


"oh that reminds me!" the mother digs in her purse and pulls out a baby bottle with nice warm milk "i know how much youll miss your special milk so i bottled up the last bit just for you!"


"mom!"

Kira opened the door. "Hi mom, lukey." She was dressed in a glittery pink dress and matching leggings a bow clipped in her hair

"hey sis..." luke said blushing as their mom hands him the baby bottle. luke always respected his twin sister and has never held any animosity but its very obvious that hes jealous of her independance.

"kira i know your very busy with your teaching job and all that, but lukey is upset and i was wondering if hey could stay with you for a while. your father and i have a 3 month business trip in europe so we wont be back for a while..." their mom explains. "i promise to pay you."


"its her nice way of saying i got rejected from college again and needed a place to dump me at while she and dad eat snails and frogs."


"oh luke...please dont be like that..." she says as i just grab my bag and walk inside.

"Of course you know you're always welcome here hun" she looks to help with his bags.

Lucas hands kira his diaper bag (which has some training pants, diapers, a training potty, extra bottles, bibs, pacifiers and changing supplies, as well as his favorite blanket that their gramma knitted him when he was a baby and a skunk plushy he had since he was 3) and his video game bag while he carried his extra clothes and tooth brush in his other bag. He gives his mom a quick hug goodbye and walks to the living room stumbling a bit kind of like a toddler. His doctor told him his muscles and emotional stability are still that of a 2yr old boy. His iq is above average but because of his stumbles and spills hes forced to be taken care of like hes a baby with custom highchairs cribs and even carseats having to be made for a 22yr old like him.

"Bye mom" he says when he hugs her.

"Buh bye my precious lukey-poo!" She says kissing luke on the forehead as he blushes furiously at the baby nickname. "Alright kira, if theres an emergency call doctor fisher or our neighbor, i'll email you the hotel room number if either of you want to call. Um...what else...oh your father called someone to help deliver lukeys crib, changing table, carseat, stroller, and highchair. As well as set up his bouncy swing."

"Mom! I dont need my swing" luke says embarrassed.

"Its just so you can try to strengthen your legs more. You know its been helping." Mom points out. Luke agrees she has a point but hes still embarrassed

She hugs her mom goodbye and carries his stuff in setting it up (I..um your really rewriting my character entirely here ya know)

Luke sits on the couch his trainers making slight crinkles as he does "thanks for letting me stay here sis." Luke is wearing monsters university trainers under a pair of loose sweatpants and a snap crotch onsie for easy access diaper changes. "Wanna watch tv with me?"

(Ya she never went to a prom still bothered by it to this day even as an adult is kie though)
"Sure sweetheart what would you like to watch?"

"How about detective conan? I heard its a great murder mystery anime" luke asks hoping since moms not supervising his every move he can watch a more mature tv show rather than preschool junk.
