Rarity's Little Foal (Private RP with Liten)

Sweetie Belle was still a filly when her parents sent her to stay with Rarity. Their parents wished to go on an extended vacation and Sweetie Belle was at Rarity's house until the end of the summer, which gave the sisters over a month to enjoy each other's company. She was upstairs in her room, playing with her dolls for now as Rarity was working on a new line of clothes. She didn't know what it was though.

Rarity had been going over things in her head. Over and over again, trying to think of something new, a new market that she hadn't stretched into, fashion untapped, potential to discover. She had been going over scraps of parchment, putting ideas down for something she didn't quite realize. Though it became apparent to her, that her market now should be children. No, not children persay. Younger, slightly older foals, maybe fillies and colts that were just a bit above being foals as well? Yes! It was perfect! Parents would be easier to sell to, they choose what their children wear after all. But not older fillies and colts, their too independent, they don't want what their parents want. But younger ones, still let their parents dress them up, foals have little choice in the matter. Rarity began writing things up, working on sketches, thinking she even had the perfect model upstairs, this would be great!

Sweetie Belle's stomach growled at her as it was almost lunch time. Hopefully Rarity would have something ready or be ready to eat lunch at least. She put her toys down and made sure her mane was in order (Rarity had gotten onto her about that recently) and headed down to Rarity's studio to see if she was up for lunch. She would try to cook something herself but past experiences said no to that. She knocked on the studio door. "Rarity! I'm hungry! When's lunch?" She asked, a bit of whine in her voice. She didn't want to be a bother, but her stomach came first.

Rarity heard her little sister from the other side of the door. Realizing in her flurry of ideas she had completely forgotten about making lunch for Sweetie Belle, goodness knows she didn't want Sweetie Belle cooking. So she went over to the studio door, opening it to address her sister. "Lunch will be ready posthaste Sweetie, just wait a few moments, please." Rarity said as she came out, looking a little bit disheveled. She would want Sweetie Belles cooperation on this, and it would be easier to get if her sister wasn't fussy. So in order to make that happen she would focus on what Sweetie Belle wanted for the moment.

Sweetie Belle brimmed as she got lunch. Rarity's look obviously told her that she'd been working on something. And by that she hadn't bothered to do much of her usual look in the morning because she'd likely not slept a lot. That worried Sweetie Belle a bit. "Rarity are you ok? You look like you didn't go to sleep last night again." She replied, following her into the kitchen. She didn't want Rarity overworking herself again like Applejack had that one time.

As Rarity made her way into the kitchen, going through the cupboards as she got out some things to make lunch for Sweetie Belle. "I'm fine Sweetie Belle, in fact more so now that I've gotten things all figured out." She told her as she began to prepare some sandwiches for her sister. She would want to make sure Sweetie Belle wasn't, paranoid about what she was working on, lest her sister begin to question what it was Rarity was doing before it all came to fruition.

Unfortunately for Rarity a foal's curiosity was a hard thing to stave off even if your life depended on it. Sweetie Belle was rather interested now that her sister had mentioned something was figured out meant it was time to start asking questions. "So whatcha been working on? Did you get another order from Sapphire Shores? Or did you come up with a new summer line? Oooooh! I know! You finally came up with a teen filly line!"

Rarity was hoping she could keep Sweetie Belle in the dark a little while longer, but it seemed that wasn't going to be the case, however, it was possible she could use this to her advantage. "Yes, I did come up with something along the lines of a filly line." Rarity said as she was fixing up the meal. "In fact, I was wondering if perhaps you would like to model for me Sweetie Belle?" She asked her sister, trying to seem like it wasn't that big of a deal.

Sweetie Belle's eyes lit up as Rarity asked her to model. "Really? You want me to model the line for you! If it's a filly line yesyesyesyesyes!" She squeaked out, getting even more excited. Rarity never asked her to model anything, even things that were usually meant for fillies her size. So having her ask that meant a lot to her. "I can't wait to see it but my tummy says it wants food first." She said, hopping up to a seat on the kitchen table.

Rarity had finished making up a daisy and rosehip sandwich for her sister. Bringing it over to her with a glass of milk. "There, lunch is served." Rarity said as she thought about how exactly she would get Sweetie Belle in the right outfit. Obviously she was making these clothes for those wearing diapers, so she would have to get one on Sweetie Belle for it to work. But it wasn't like she had spare diapers lying about, though she could try her hoof at making some cloth diapers. They were thicker and she wasn't sure they were quite as popular, but perhaps it could also be another untapped market?
