Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:

Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Out of all these.. I'd have to say Full Metal Alchemist.. It's a pretty cool show and I always enjoy watching it.

I still need to finish watching it though.

I don't think FMA: Brotherhood can be counted as a 'second season' because it's basically just a remake of FMA, only cooler and more to the point.

@MutsuMutsu: If you like those types of anime, then you'll love these:

Air
Kanon
Kanon 2006 (Better than the first one, and will bring tears to your eyes.)
Clannad
Clannad After Story

Kanon 2006 is a great romance anime with great characters and a fairly good plot. Some of the best parts of the show are the pranks that two of the characters play on each other.

The last 2 are GUARANTEED to make you cry. I've never cried so much watching an anime. And I don't mean a few tears. I mean full blown crying, almost to the point of sobbing.

Air & Kanon were originally released as adult games and then censored for the younger market, while Clannad was made with no adult scenarios, or even fanservice. The anime has very little fanservice.

I don't know if you've seen any of these yet, but if you haven't, they're definately worth checking out.
