Twins diapered days

Mike woke up at 4 to go to the gym, as he did every day. He prided himself in his athleticism, and enjoyed lifting weights and staying in shape. He was then home, showered and dressed by 6. He'd then get right to making breakfast, usually pancakes or eggs or something. When he finished, he go wake up the twins and bring them down to eat. After they did, it was bath time. Then he got them dressed. After, he'd get them to kindergarten by 7:30. Once they were there, it was off to work. He did construction, as the hours fit with his schedule. When the kids got a bit older and were able to stay home alone, he'd begin to take night classes to finish his degree in engineering. He'd gotten about two years, but had to drop out once it had fallen upon him to take care of the little ones. Day to day was usually a routine, but he did everything he could to spice it up and make it fun.

Mike finished the last stack of pancakes, and turned the stove off. He left the griddle on to cool, and wiped his brow. Satisfied with his handiwork, the 6' 2", 220lbs 20 year old made his way over to the stairs. He made his way up and pushed open the door to the twins room. "Enie meanie miney..." he started quietly, and smiled. He'd wake her first today. He went over to his younger sisters bed and sat down right on the edge. "Up an' at 'em darlin'." He said in a fake southern accent. "Rise an' shine."

Anna had a far les demanding schedule. It consisted of, go to kindergarten, once a week or so she had brownie scouts, and occasionally she'd have a doctors appointment or something awful like that! For the moment though she opened up one of her eyes when she felt her big brother sit on her bed, giggling a little bit when she heard the accent. "M'kaaay!" She replied, shaking her messy blonde hair out of her eyes, and pulling herself out from under her covers. For the moment her small skinny frame was dressed in a pair of purple pajamas dotted with white clouds. "Pancakes?!" She asked, perking up when she noticed the smell!

Mike smiled and ruffled his little sister's hair playfully. "Alright Lucas, up and at 'em." He said, sitting on his bed, which was next to his sisters separated only by a night stand and lamp. When the boy didn't move, Mike sighed and threw the covers off him. Still no movement, and Mike threw the boy over his shoulders. "Yup, pancakes." He confirmed with a smile. "Let's head down." He said, walking downstairs with Lucas groaning on his shoulder and Ana at his side.

Anna giggled as she watched the display, climbing off her bed and quickly jogging her way over into the kitchen once it was confirmed there were pancakes. If there was already a plate sat out she just took a seat infront of the plate and started digging in! If not she just took a seat at the table and waited for her big brother to get her one. "Lucas, wake uuuup!" She whined to him playfully, watching him bounce against her other brother while he was carried over his shoulder.

"I'm tired..." the boy moaned, never really a morning person. Once they got to the kitchen, he set Lucas down in a chair and helped Ana into the seat next to him. He grabbed two plates and served the kids, along with two sippy cups of their favorite breakfast drink, which for Lucas was milk. He sat at the round table across from the kids once they were all set to eat, and went on his phone for a bit to respond to message and check emails. Lucas groaned and ate slowly, still groggy with sleep.

Anna happily started digging into the food, definatly not the world's cleanest eater, but she wasn't awful! Her jamies were going in the wash after anyway. Her favorite drink in general was usually just water oddly enough, but for breakfast she liked milk, and when they went out to eat she'd get soda when she was allowed. "Thank you!" She chimed through a mouthful of food as she muched away, cleaning off her plate. The only email Chris had about the twins today was from one of the para's reminding him to make sure he dropped off some more diapers for them.

"Slow down there." Mike chuckled, pattering her back. "You're gonna choke." He said, not too worried though. She was a smart girl. She'd be okay. He looked up and smiled. "Lucas, you gotta hurry up on the other hand. We're gonna be late." He read the email from the kindergarten, and stood up. "I gotta pack a bag for you two. Meet me upstairs in the bathroom when you're done, okay?" He said, as he left the kids and went upstairs.

Anna gave a quick nod, but she didn't slow down eating at all. She was starving this morning! "Are you gonna finish all that?" She asked her brother, glancing over his plate when she was done with hers. The only other note in the email was to please either get Anna to use a binky or to stop sucking her thumb, they could deal with either, but no thumb sucking! Anna kept eyeing her brother's plate, taking a few bites if he let her, than hurrying her way up to the bathroom when she was all finished.

Lucas looked up at Anna for a moment and then offered her a tired smile. He scooted his chair right up against hers and put the plate on between them , so they could both finish it together. Once the plate was clean, he hopped off the seat and rubbed his eyes a bit. "Race ya!" The boy said, stifling a yawn and darting past his sister and up the stairs.

Anna blinked as her tired brother suddenly changed his mind and was awake enough to start running. "No fair!" She whined to him, as she took off after him, scampering up the stairs behind him on all fours, although she couldn't really see a way around him. Unforunatly this time, she ended up in second place as she made her way into the bathroom a few moments after him, starting to get off her jamies once she was there.
