A Little Too Sweet? [Private]

It was a simple, yet exciting day. In the little home off the beaten path, sat upon the porch a woman in her late twenties, blonde hair pulled back into a bun. Today was the day that her and her significant other made themselves a family; two little ones on the way. Kelsii Anne Sinclaire sat upon her seat, a hard cider sitting in her hands, watching as the cab they'd sent to pick up the children was pulling up to the curb.

A nice bus ride into town; a small meal and then a cab waiting for him and his new "sibling." There wasn't much conversation, Joe was nervous. He'd packed up and determined to move out into something new and different. To embrace the fantasy he'd been haunted with for as long as he could remember. Curling up on his seat, his suit case was in the trunk. A brief smile at the girl who rode in beside him, dark hair framing his face. Fifteen minutes seemed like forever when you'd been waiting for the life that seemed perfect. A little shift. A crinkle he was certain only he heard; his guilty pleasure wasn't going to be guilty anymore.

The cab came to a stop, a house with a woman sitting before it. Two stories tall, it caught his attention immediately. He knew Kelsii. They'd spoken on the messenger board, and she'd specifically picked his new "sister" while he'd been selected by her partner. They communicated a little while, before deciding to go together. "Guess we're here," smiled the young man to the girl beside him. A click released the trunk, while the door opened at his will. Today was the start of a new chapter in life.

Kara sat next to him as they made their way along the cab. She was nineteen and a half at the moment, and had also made a decision to move. She wasn't leaving much behind, and she figured it wasn't like she was leaving her family forever, she was just moving out like an adult! Except, not at all like an adult. Infact she was going to go be some couples baby girl! Her hair currently hung loose around her face, as she hadn't felt like doing it this morning. Seeing as most of her morning consisted of sitting on a hotel bed terrified after a plane ride to the city. When the cab came to a stop she looked up at the Lady, recognizing her from a picture she'd been sent before. She offered a shy wave as she climbed out of the cab, bag in hand, and then just kind of stood there. She was here now, and she had no idea where things went from here.

Amy was inside, running around like crazy and doing her best to make everything perfect, she couldn't settle down, she was too excited for the new additions to their family to arrive to settle down! She made herself busy arranging every last book on the shelves, every toy or stuffed animal neatly arranged, she'd even re-arranged the food cabinets for no good reason! She heard the cab coming down their dirt road and made her way outside, just dressed in a simple pair of jeans and a light green t-shirt given the summer weather. "I guess that's them?" She asked her significant other, smiling down at the pair as they made their way out of the cab.

The blonde woman reclined a little, as the hum of an engine reverberated through the relatively noiseless area. Kelsii knew the kids were there; only other noises one heard in the area was the occasional punk late at night and the mail man, whom was currently three hours away from the usual route. Amy had found a way to busy herself up, picking up. Organizing things. Messing them up and doing so again. Summer casual for Amy, and Kelsii pretty much wore similar outfits. A pair of jean shorts and her lilac tank top, she grinned at Amy's excitement. "Long brown hair looks like yours alright," laughed Kelsii, swinging onto her feet from the seat. "Hey there, kiddos!" Wrapping her fingers in Amy's, she led the charge to meet the new munchkins. It was barely thirty seconds before she'd released her partner's hand to embrace little Kara.

Joe pulled out his luggage. Just over twenty-one, he was older than Kara was. He'd quickly grabbed his bag, and the two of them seemed to stand there forever. He shyly smiled at the girl whom would be his sibling, and then at the familiar faces that were quickly closing the gap between them and the home. "Amy? Kelsii?" inquired the young man, managing to squeak something out over his anxiousness. "It's nice to finally be here with you guys." Wrapping his fingers around the handle of the suitcase. He wasn't too surprised to find his six foot figure a bit taller than one of the new care takers.

Kara just kept standing there, watching the pair, her bad held between her two hands as she heard the cab drive away. She was pretty nervous, questioning all the decisions she'd made that led her to this point. Although all that doubt was washed away as she felt herself wrapped into a hug! She let her bag drop and returned the hug, burrowing her face into Kelsi's shoulder. "Mommy!" She chirped happily, a slight crinkle being heard as she moved about. She held the hug for as long as her new mommy wanted too!

Amy followed behind her with a brief. "Eep!" As she found herself tugged along! Once they were down there she looked over her choice and smiled, quick to pull him into a hug as well. "Hey~!" She chimed to him as she hugged him. Of course she'd talked to him hours and hours online, but, she was glad to be with him for once! "It's great to finally have you here." She told him after releasing the brief hug, her hand reaching down to bat his away and take the suitcase for him.
