Preschool and Padded (Private)

Oakwood Preschool, one of the highest, by parent standards, rated youth development programs. It was second only to the YMCA. The school had a stringent no diapers policy, unless there was a medical reason, but one new student would break this rule.

In stepped Chris Diano. He was a five and a half year old Filipino boy, with ebony hair, and ebony eyes. He wore a pair of dark blue sweat pants, a blue shirt, and sneakers. Beneath which he wore a diaper. He was potty trained, but preffered his diapers. He saw the teacher come over to him and his mother, Mary.

One of the kids looked up from the playtime activities , another boy , with platinum blond hair , it was grown long out of the child's wish to cover up of his his eyes , although not allowed to bandage it up under the dress code rules as there was no medical reason to do so. He wore a set of blue jeans and a light blue hoodie. Scrambling to his feet he wandered over to the bars of the playground , his pacifier dangling from his clothes. He looked him up and down with his one visible emerald eye , he must be only a year younger than him maybe. He gave him a wave through the bars. The boy was wearing underwear unlike the new student , although Luke was hardly the driest , he was wet at naptime when the lights went out and if the rain and storms came on then he was going to need a new set of pants, as such he was put in a thick set of undies , not quiet cloth diapers but thicker undies to catch any leaks, although so far he soaked through them most days, he was under review for being allowed into diapers on account of this. A medical need needed to be established , so far it was only when they turned the lights off or he was caught in a dark area.

Chris waddled over, smiling. "Hey there." He said, an inviting look on his face. He jogged into the playground, his diaper letting out muffled crinkles. "I'm Chris, this is my first day here." He held out a hand, "What's your name?"

Luke stretched out his hand and shook it "Luke" he said , his ears twitching under his hair "you're not allowed those in here" he said pointing to where the diaper was under his clothes "teacher says we're not allowed them unless we have something wrong with us" he said , trying to remember the rules. "Although , what classes as needing them seems to be pretty open to interpretation." he said with a shrug.

Chris tugged his shirt down, blushing. "How did you know?" Normally, his clothes covered his diapers pretty well. He sat down next to Luke, and began building with blocks, "I don't need them..."

Luke smiled and pointed to his head "ears. Can hear them pretty well. Teachers not so well. You don't need them? Then why wear them?" he asked , confused , cocking his head to one side.

"Well, I...like them." Chris blushed even more. "You won't tell, will you?" He asked, hoping he could consider Luke a friend.

Luke shook his head "not exactly innocent myself. Got thick undies on , I dripple a little and end up wet 'cos I get scared. They might give them to me soon. I hope so too, don't like being wet" he sighed "you like em? How?" he asked , curious.

"It allows me and my mommy to bond." Chris explained. "And I's can play longer without needing to go to the potty. I can use the potty though."

Luke shrugged , he didn't have much of a home life to speak of , but he did like to play "okay , better come to the otherside then , better check with the teacher and your mommy first though" he said , stuffing his pacifier into his mouth and waddling back over to the sand pit
