Putting the last toy away she shut the box expecting that soon the room would probably not be so neat once her arrivals show up. Now 20 years old Orihime had managed to get herself a house, having borrowed the money from a generous Yoruichi whom assured her that she'd think of a way the orange haired human could pay her back in the future, a thought that caused Orihime to shudder knowing of the cat-like woman's unpredictable nature. With the money she was also able to get the renovations on her house for the rather large nursery she was currently setting up getting up to recheck her stock of diapers, she had plenty in both cloth and disposable, boy and girly, all ranged from actual baby diapers to ones that'd fit someone of Chad's build. "Hopefully I got something they'd like." she said nervously straightening out her pink apron which had an embroidery of her childhood stuffed bear: Enraku.

She knew Rangiku was going to be here eventually and she was bringing her captain with her, Soul Society had been peaceful since Ywach's defeat so she supposed they were able to find the time to come to the world of the living, but then she also knew Ichigo would be coming as well, that was certainly a surprise to her as her face blushed hotly recalling how he had requested to come once the construction had been completed. She was shaken back to reality by the sound of her doorbell and after straightening herself back out she left the nursery. Striding to the door she turned the knob and opened up to see who came made it first.

"hello orihime how have you been today I see you just finished setting up the nursery" Rangiku sniffed the air. "I just love the baby powder oh and my Baby boy wanted to come Play with some friends today" Rangiku stepped to the side to reveal Toshiro in a Blue T-shirt that read Momma's boy across the chest he was also wearing black shorts and the boy had a light blue pacifier in his mouth. "Isn't he Adorable" Rangiku coed and pulled Toshiro inside and closed the door. "Now honey before I send you off to play with the toys do you need your Diaper changed hmm?"

"Awww he looks precious Rangiku-san!" Orihime cooed with hearts in her eyes as she saw Rangiku pull the white haired boy forward. She brought the pair inside. "Well so far you two are the first ones here so hopefully he won't find us too boring to play with for now." she giggled leading the way towards the nursery.

Toshiro blushed and tried to hide his face into Rangiku's side from the cooing women. Despite his normally cold persona whenever he was decked out in baby gear he would get extremely clingy with Rangiku. "N-no." he shook his head his eyes cast downward which was usually his tell that he was lying as he had wet himself on the way to Orihime's house.

Rangiku stopped walking and turned around and picked up her baby boy by the armpits. "Oh I clingy wet baby on my hands first thing in the morning yes I do" she turned left of the house and went upstairs and entered the first door to her right. "We'll be back in a second orihime I'm going to change Toshiro real quick" Rangiku yelled as she put her boy on a changing table and buckled him in and immediately took off Toshiro Short's reveling a snowflake themed Diaper. "Oh my sweetie your almost soaked why didn't you tell Mommy young man" she un-did the tapes and lifted Toshiro legs and butt into the air and removed the wet diaper from under him. "Oh by the way if you can't tell honey this is the changing room"

Toshiro blushed and tried to hide his face in shame once Rangiku figured that he was wet. "I wanted to play with the toys." Toshiro admitted guiltily while his diaper was untaped and opened up exposing him. He glanced around the changing room once the woman had mentioned it seeing how delightfully infantile the room was set up with multiple changing tables each stocked with diapers and changing supplies of all sorts in the shelves underneath, with more spare supplies in a nearby closet.

Rangiku rolled up the used Diapers and threw it away in a Diaper pail. "Toshiro honey I told you ever have a full Diaper come to me right away understand I don't want you getting a rash on your Little Bottom when we go home tonight it's straight to the corner for you ok?" She reached under table and grabbed a few baby wipes and started to clean Toshiro's butt once that was done she threw the baby wipes away and grabbed a similar Diaper except this time it had baby snow man as a theme and it was a little bit thicker. Rangiku lifted Toshiro's legs and butt into the air and placed the Diaper under him and laid him on it. Rangiku stared humming s gentle tune as she finally grabbed the baby powder and applied tons of it on her babys privates next she bought the Diaper up between Toshiro's legs and taped it nice and snug. "There we go my Baby's all nice and dry" she unbuckled Toshiro and picked him up and carried him out of the room and down stairs. "Ok orihime were back but this time Toshiro isn't wearing his pants" Rangiku giggled as she set the boy on his feet. "Ok now you can go play with the toys"

There was a knock at the front door and behind it was a blushing ichigo and smiling Karin. "Ok Baby Bro you better be good you hear me?" Listen to whatever orihime tells you as you will be spending a night with her"

Ichigo pouted. "Jeeze Karin I know you told me this literally an hour ago I promise I'll try and behave"

"Fine." Toshiro pouted at the very least his timeout wouldn't be until they were back home. He absentmindedly played with the ring on his pacifier during the change letting Rangiku do her work wiping him clean of any urine. When his bottom was settled onto the new diaper he could already tell how much thicker it was compared to his usual, and admittedly he liked it more, giggling when Rangiku dusted him with the talcum giving him that baby powder smell she loved so much. Once the diaper was fastened up and he was freed from the table he wrapped his arms around her leg, diaper crinkling from Rangiku's supporting his bottom with her arm.

Back in the nursery Toshiro headed straight to one of the toy chest digging through to find something that caught his eye. Watching his exposed padding Orihime giggled "I can see why, it'll keep him from lying about his diapee's condition again." she remarked before hearing the knock and going to let Ichigo in while Toshiro found some blocks to stack into a tower.

"Hello, Karin-chan, Kur- I-Ichigo-kun." Orihime corrected herself as she greeted the pair letting Ichigo come in already checking his pants to see if he was already diapered or in need of a change.

Karin smiled as she handed orihime a Diaper bag it's theme was rainbows. "Hey orihime I came to drop off my Baby Bro here all the things he needs is in the Diaper bag like his pacifier, a few snacks, a change of clothes and a few more things also ichigo is clean I changed his Diaper before we came here and since I know he staying with you tonight I know he'll be safe" Karin turned her attention to ichigo and kissed on the cheek. "Goodbye and be good" she turned around and left the house.

Ichigo was blushing as he pulled orihime's hand away from his pants. "I want Yuzu and Karin" he whined and stomped his foot then his stomach grumbled in hunger. He turned his head as he heard something ichigo,s eye's widened seeing lots of toys on the floor "Toys!* He yelled and ran and grabbed a toy train and started to play with it"

Rangiku couldn't help but giggle seeing the two toughest boys acting all cute and adorable it was quite the sight to see. She looked at orihime and smiled. "That was close I thought ichigo was going to throw a tantrum for a second and by the sound of his tummy he must be hungry let's give our babies a snack to eat then feed them a bottle"

"Oh thanks." Orihime smiled at Karin taking the bag. "I'll make sure he behaves." she giggles shutting the door and watching Ichigo trample off to the nursery. "He certainly is fussy." she remarked as she entered setting the diaper bag aside after fishing out a granola bar she found tucked away in one of the pockets and approaching Ichigo once more. "Do you like the train?" she cooed at the orange haired baby breaking off a bite sized piece of the snack and offering it to him. "If you want I'll watch these two while you go make their bottles." she planned out giving Rangiku the directions to the kitchen and where the bottles and drinks are kept.

Toshiro's ears perked hearing the plan and before Rangiku could leave he toddled over to her with his arms reaching towards her not wanting her to leave without him. "Up!" he demanded cutely.

Ichigo was making sound effects with the toy train then he looked up and saw orihime with a piece of snack which he took and put it in his mouth. "Thank you orihime and can I take off my pants like Toshiro" he set the train to the side and crawled to the toy blocks and started to spell small words like cat,bat,hat and Mommy.

Rangiku picked up Toshiro I'll take care of my Baby" she coed. "You take care of Yours now where is that kitchen. "I want to give Toshiro his bottle before he starts getting cranky to" she started to bounce Toshiro in her arms.
